Long delivery time
Long delivery time, no indication it is coming from China when ordered. Shoulder straps can’t be altered enough to give me decent support. Irritated I didn’t read reviews thoroughly before i ordered. Not bothering to return it as it looks like its a terrible hassle, will be donating to a bra charity in the hope that someone can make better use of it than me.

£10.99 "Restock Fee” + Shipping for returns!! Avoid
Very disappointed, although I didn’t have delays with my order it took a long time to arrive and is not from uk! I bought the Front Buckle Bra which was meant to ‘secure’ it did nothing and was looser than the bra itself so was -pointless (I could put my whole hand in the gap it was so loose). Returns state product can’t be used…so how do you check it fits..? And then they bite you with a whopping £10.99 "restock fee" AND shipping fee on top. Won’t be buying again. Avoid

Cannot fault the bra
Cannot fault the bra, the delivery however took far too long which is a shame as I was so looking forward to trying it out. Bra is a game changer, delivery would leave me questioning another order.

No full refunds on returns
You cannot get a full refund if you don’t want the item or it doesn’t fit as they deduct a £10.99 restocking fee on all returns- make sure you read the policy before ordering. The product I received was poor quality and offered no support.
UPDATE - After reading how many others have been scammed with this I wrote back to them and attached a screenshot from the government website which states you CANNOT deduct a fee from a refund. I advised them that I was reporting it to trading standards and they emailed back to say I would get a full refund minus shipping

I am very disappointed with my order
I am very disappointed with my experience with Magic Bras. The delivery time was supposed to be 5 to 13 working days, but the wait was much longer and there was almost no communication from them.
When trying to contact them, I only received automated responses, which was not helpful at all. On top of that, I ordered two items but only received one, without any notification or explanation.
This is very disappointing customer service. I will never order from them again.

Bras are great but allow for delays
The bras are different. They look and feel very soft and flexible. They are silky and comfortable. I like them and the fit was good but I would say on the smaller side. Delays with shipping - took around 3 weeks to arrive so allow for an extended delivery time - but I felt worth the wait.

Appalling! They advertise as Magic Bra Uk when they are nothing of the sort, they are Chinese!
Despite giving accurate measurements the bra was too small and of poor quality and now they have the cheek to deduct £10.99 from the refund for handling charges.
Stay away from them.

Chinese rubbish, terrible quality, avoid.
I ordered an everyday sports bra and a front fastening sports bra. Wish I had looked at Trust Pilot reviews before ordering! They took weeks to arrive, which was the first hint of this not actually being UK made. On first wear, one of the shoulder seams on the front fastening bra split. The zip at the front sticks out and can be clearly seen under clothing. It also gave me back ache. The other one offers about as much support as fresh air, and will go in the bin with it’s equally useless friend.
Please avoid this company, their products are overpriced and very poor quality. As others have said, it seems to be a UK company with UK made products, but it is not.

The product took weeks to come.
It is not what it looks like on the photographs. When you want to return it, you have to pay for the shipping and there is a £10.99 "Re stocking fee" then they decide whether you warrant a refund. I will Never buy again from them. I feel like I have been scammed. DONT BUY FROM THEM

The bra's that came were far too small
The bra's that came were far too small, I couldn't send them back so I chose some knickers instead the only thing is, you need to size up at least one size because they are small.
The knickers are very well made and very soft material.
So they were very nice and did what they could.

I ordered a medium & large size bra…
I ordered a medium & large size bra from Magic Bra UK in the hope one of them would fit, unfortunately they were too tight on the band and requested a replacement (XL) as I knew it would be a much better fit. They refused to replace or refund me. They offered me £10 for 1 Bra & £5 for the 2nd Bra. These bras are £34.99 each (5% if you buy 2) which I did. Then to add insult to injury I find out it's not a UK Based Company at all.

Ordered large front fastening bra
Ordered large front fastening bra. Would fit a 34 b size. Material dreadful. Was ordered and paid for january 30th and arrived 18th february. I dont even know anyone that would wear this item. It has to come from china which is not on on the ads. One star is too generous.
