A new customer's perceptions.
For me, Magical Credit seemed to require a lot of detail for a small loan. And, I had the feeling there was auto-responders and/or a.i. out of sync with my direct emails. Otherwise, Magical Credit was fine (at one previous time, a loan was denied, and this time it was confirmed; so that was a benefit that my situation was reassessed or the types of loans offered were expanded).

Hi Linda! Yes, we tend to be more thorough than other lenders before coming to a decision. Our M.O. here is based on the thinking that it is on everyone's best interest if we don't burden customers with more debt than necessary. We always want to make sure a borrower can actually follow through with their loan payments if we are to approve them. And yeah, we do use some automated emails - we apologize for any emails that didn't quite match what you were asking about or responding to. I absolutely love Magical Credit. I have small emergencies in times between pays and can always trust M.C will be there for me. I love the fact that the more you use them the more repayment options you get which makes it very easy on the wallet. Thank you Magical Credit for being there and being AWESOME

We take customer concerns seriously and are currently addressing this matter directly through the Better Business Bureau process under complaint #24827620.
Our records indicate the loan was issued on November 7, 2025, with a due date of November 14, 2025, and was not repaid until May 30, 2026. Based on our review of the account, no refund is owed.
As this matter is under formal review, we will continue communications through the Better Business Bureau process only and will not be discussing account details on public platforms.
