It creates very beautiful content. I do not like the credit system that it uses for video correction. If I pay for it first but then it doesn't create what I wanted, I shouldn't have to pay the full credits. Access to support is also very limited and not impressive for an AI platform.

They don’t send subscription reminders and they don’t give refunds on service, even if you delete the account. In my opinion, their credit system is a complete scam, which is probably why they don’t show how much each service costs in credits on their site before you purchase a subscription. Pretty sure it cost less than directly using AI tools only because you only get a small fraction of use out of the available tools. The interface is also trash and their customer service is terrible. I can’t recommend this site to anyone serious. It exists for people that don’t understand AI.

I purchased Magica as a lifetime deal expecting a platform that would provide access to the leading AI models and enable me to complete real business work. Unfortunately, it has turned out to be one of the most disappointing lifetime deals I have purchased.

The biggest problem is the credit system. Credits are consumed at an astonishing rate, often before you can complete even relatively straightforward tasks. In practice, this means you spend more time worrying about running out of credits than actually getting work done. A platform that is supposed to improve productivity ends up doing the exact opposite.

The marketing creates the impression that you can use multiple leading LLMs from one place. While that sounds compelling, the aggressive credit consumption makes the platform impractical for anyone who intends to use it for meaningful, day-to-day work.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the complete lack of customer support. I contacted support with genuine concerns but never received a response. When customers are ignored, it creates the impression that feedback is not valued. For any software business, responsive support is a key part of building trust, and in my experience that was missing entirely.

I don't mind paying for quality software, and I understand that AI infrastructure is expensive. However, if you are selling a lifetime deal, customers reasonably expect lasting value. In my experience, the current credit model significantly undermines that value.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product, particularly the lifetime deal. Unless the credit system becomes much more practical and customer support becomes responsive, I believe there are better alternatives available.

I hope the team takes this feedback seriously because the idea behind the platform has potential. Unfortunately, the execution has fallen well short of the expectations set by the product's positioning.

MAJICA PAYS $15 in credits for a five star review here. I gave it one star and refused to credit my account. So don't believe any of the glowing reviews here. We are all just desperate enough to post here just to keep using our prepaid account.

I've been an annual PAID PRO member for nine months. When I joined as GALAXY, the interfaces were great, and a good value. They rewarded users millions of free credits for posting positive reviews on Apple and Youtube and Trust pilot. I posted eveywhere just for the credits. When GALAXY became MAJICA, everything changed. No customer support, no credit for bad image or video generations that were server errors, not customer input errors. And the new AI Agent grinds through and entire month's credits ($15) in just a few short video clips.

There are many other better platforms, many free. Do not waste your money, and worse, hours of time on this app.

There website is amazing and their image and video creation are phenomenal. My one complaint is the cost for creation of even just a short film and then it created stuff and killed my remaining balance and wont let me see the stuff or allow me to re-due the prompt due to its error cause I am out of creidts

The great galaxyAI turning to Magica nightmare, I "contracted" with lifetime access to someting totally different. I feel missled and being "tricked".

Galaxy.ai was a much better program and much more easier to use with a logical interface. I can't even figure out how to create a simple image now without stupid add-ons. In addition, It's difficult or they eliminated the multi-ability to choose different rendering engines! After my year subscription runs out, I'm done. In addition when I sent in questions about why something doesn't work, the answer is "We don't really care about you and what you want! We have your $$ and you can cancel if you wish. You are nothing to us, just another user."

Very support oriented. Delivers as promised and allows earning credits to run jobs.

I was a huge fan of this service when it was Galaxy AI. After trying it for a month, I was so pleased with the experience that I purchased an annual subscription. Unfortunately, since the company became Magica.ai, it feels like a fundamentally different and significantly less useful product.

Galaxy AI offered a collection of individual tools that were easy to find, save, and use with predictable results. Magica.ai has replaced much of that experience with a general prompt-based interface, similar to ChatGPT, where you describe what you want the platform to do.

Transcription is a good example. Previously, I could open the transcription tool, upload an audio file, and receive the transcription. Some of the original tools still appear to exist as “nodes,” but they are tucked away and much harder to find.

When I attempted to request a transcription through the new prompt-based interface, the process took roughly four times as long and used about twice as many credits to produce essentially the same result. This is not an improvement from my perspective. It is slower, more expensive, and more cumbersome.

What makes this especially disappointing is that I purchased a full year based on my positive experience with Galaxy AI. When I requested a refund because the service had changed so substantially, I was told that refunds were not available under the terms and conditions.

I understand that companies update their products, but this does not feel like a minor update or redesign. It feels like a very different service. Holding customers to an annual subscription after materially changing the product they believed they were purchasing feels unfair and, frankly, shady.

If I were reviewing the former Galaxy AI, I would have had nothing but delighted things to say. Based on my experience with Magica.ai so far, however, I cannot recommend either the new platform or the company behind it.

As an author and publisher, I purchased a lifetime membership when the platform was still known as Galaxy AI for creating visual advertisements. At that time, I believed I was investing in a service that would continue to improve and reward those who supported it early. Unfortunately, my experience since the transition to MAGICA has been one of steady decline.
The biggest issue is accuracy. The AI frequently ignores prompts, misinterprets instructions, and produces images that bear little resemblance to the requested content. Even simple corrections often require multiple attempts, quickly consuming credits without delivering usable results. For example, it used $100 in credits and managed to create ONE correct image.

From my perspective, the quality of the service has deteriorated significantly since the change from Galaxy AI to MAGICA. What was once a platform with real promise has become frustratingly unreliable. Whether it's prompt adherence, image quality, or overall consistency, the experience today is nowhere near what I expected when I made my lifetime purchase.
As a lifetime member, I find this particularly frustrating. While I understand that AI image generation is not perfect, I expect reasonable consistency and a platform that doesn't force users to burn through credits simply trying to get the AI to follow basic instructions.

Customer support is, for all practical purposes, nonexistent. There appears to be no meaningful access to human support—only an AI assistant that is itself prone to mistakes, misunderstandings, and inaccurate responses. When the platform has problems, users are left trying to resolve them through another AI that often cannot provide a solution. It is incredibly frustrating to ask an AI for help with problems caused by another AI.
What makes this even more disappointing is the wasted potential. MAGICA has an attractive interface and some impressive features, but reliability and customer service matter far more than appearance. An AI image generator is only as good as its ability to produce what users ask for consistently, and a company is only as good as its willingness to support its customers when things go wrong.
At this point, I cannot recommend purchasing a membership. There are just too many well-functioning options. The value simply isn't there if the system repeatedly wastes credits correcting its own mistakes; the quality has declined since the Galaxy AI days, and there is no effective human customer support when issues arise.
Unless substantial improvements are made to prompt accuracy, image consistency, credit handling, and customer support, prospective buyers should proceed with caution.

I invested in Galaxy AI because I believed in its future. As a lifetime member, it is disappointing to see that future replaced by a service that, in my experience, delivers lower-quality results, consumes excessive credits, and offers little meaningful support when problems occur.

When attempting to cancel your subscription, they respond by saying they cannot process your request because it was clearly mentioned in the description, even if you canceled before the payment was made. They refuse to issue a refund!

This app is a life changer i can run all my different businesses from this platform. Ive learned how to prompt correctly and do so many other things professionally if i could give this platform a score higher than 5 stars i would. I will be sharing this platform to all my friends, family, and business partners

This 70 yo senior had never used AI for animation before, and was overwhelmed by all the app choices, but a friend recommended Magica as being good for newbies and had a credit incentive for me. She was correct -- I was able to jump right in and get some fun results fairly quickly on the easy to use platform. I was making a video of my recent World Cruise on imovie, and I needed many of the photos to be improved and wanted many scenes animated. Magica operates on a credit system, and most everything you do takes up credits, including communicating with them. I found Magica’s photo improvements, which do not take up credits, were not as good as from CHATgpt, the way I was prompting it anyway. So for photo improvements I continued to use CHATgpt which had unlimited improvements for the basic subscription. It doesn’t animate though. I learned the hard way that the valuable Magica credits can be used up quickly, so that it is very important to have the prompt setup as accurately as possible initially, because re-do’s cost similar credits as the initial takes. I ended up using half of my first credits on animating my first photo, because I was using the high res setting and did several re-do’s. I guess I should have watched tutorials before diving into it. After the fact a Magica bot suggested I use a lower resolution to get more for my credits, so I did. For the set-ups, I used ChatGPT if I needed to re-arrange a photograph scene, or compose a new one to be animated. After a while I also learned to use ChatGPT to generate the perfect prompt instructions for animation so that Magica could get it right the first time, versus novice me trying to tell it what to do and using up credits to redo it. Once I got into a rhythm things went very smoothly and I was able to animate about 40 scenes in my video, which were the highlight of the 30 minute production. It ended up costing around $1 for each 4-6 second animation at low resolution, and that res was fine for the quality of my amateur video. I had so much fun with it I kept buying $5 credits to add more. I believe I only scratched the surface with what Magica can do. Toward the end I set up two photos on ChatGPT and told Magica to have the two people sit together and have a short 8 second conversation. That came out so good it blew me away. So, after a learning curve, Magica helped me make the best World Cruise video. My partner and I broke out into Latin dances in South America, were dubbed in 8 different languages describing where we were (I added subtitles on imovie). In Antarctica I had penguins from still photos wobbling with authentic sounds jumping into the water with splash sounds, a whale that had been just sitting on the surface breaching, our stationary bicycles being pedaled, waterfalls flowing with rushing water sounds, a Pisco Sour toast in Spanish also from a still photo, and lots more. I had such a great experience with Magica, used as a tool in conjunction with imovie and ChatGPT that it was worth every penny.

It was absolutely terrific. It has so many wonderful amazing options to choose from and such a great quality and speed also. I honestly think of it as a buffet of great content creating options that is often difficult to even choose from. I find myself spending alot of time just playing with the many different options it presents and all of them are their own unique systems while all proving top tier quality every time.

I like the new Magica but it is a bit of a learning curve. Magica is doing more all at once instead of me doing each section of a video: video, audio, lypsync, etc. I like the control I had on it with old version, this version doesnt tell me what it costs to do each task.

Magica is a fantastic platform that we use daily! I like that the new features allow you to just type in what you need and it finds every feature available and just gets to work. The time takes a bit, but the results are so worth it.

After re-branding from Galaxy.ai, a lot of prior features are missing. A 10 seconds video will now cost 3 M tokens . Even with 15 M monthly token from lifetime subscriptions, you can only generate 5 videos. There are many other more reasonably priced platform available. Stay away

Im not even sure this is the right place to complain but it must be done. The AI widgets that were forced onto my lockscreen is the most annoying useless and in the way app I have ever had the misfortune of seeing or unfortunately using in a sad attempt to remove just for it to reappear a few hours later. It is unwanted and invasive and will be the exact reason I never purchase another galaxy phone. I hate it is just not a strong enough word to explain the frustration of an unwanted app you can not remove. It literally blocks my finger print reader and kills my battery with the unwanted news it has built in. It also allows anyone to access your phone without the need to unlock it which is completely ridiculous. Please get ride of this unwanted unrequested feature that literally no one likes. Countless forums iv read of other people experiencing the same unwanted problem and un able to get ride of it.

I previously left a 4-star review because I genuinely loved Magica. At the time, I thought it was one of the best AI investments I had made. The daily credit system worked well, and I never felt like I was constantly running out of credits while creating my projects.

Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly.

The new credit system has completely changed how the platform feels to use. Credits disappear incredibly fast now, and in the middle of working on a project I'm forced to stop because I've run out. Then I have to either wait to see if additional credits are approved or purchase more just to continue what I was already working on.

As someone who creates ministry manuals, flyers, and other long-form content, this interrupts my workflow and makes the creative process frustrating instead of enjoyable.

If I'm paying for a subscription, I shouldn't feel like I'm constantly worrying about whether I'll have enough credits to finish a project. That's exactly how it feels now.

To be honest, if refunds were available for my lifetime subscription, I would seriously consider requesting one because this isn't the experience I originally purchased.

I still believe Magica has some excellent features, and I appreciate the work your team has done. However, the features that make Magica unique aren't the ones I use most. What I need is a platform that allows me to create without constantly running out of credits.

One of the reasons I continue to enjoy ChatGPT is that after I pay my monthly subscription, I can work for hours without wondering whether my credits will disappear before I finish a project. That reliability is extremely valuable.

I truly hope you'll reconsider the current credit system or provide a better option for subscribers who depend on the platform for serious content creation. I would love to be able to update my review again, but right now I can no longer recommend the platform with the same enthusiasm I had before.
