Uncomplicated site/service and very fast delivery - also handled the return very smoothly as the shirt I purchased happened to be too big. Will definitely use again. Only wished they had a bit more exciting and unique items in the clothing department, a lot of plain looks!

I bought Jack & Jones boxers 5 pack size XXL, after wearing it I shocked. XXL was too small as it is M.
I usually take XL and I took a bigger one so I can feel more comfort.
I bought 2 of this product that means I have 10 boxers that I could never use.

After contacting the customer service they helped me to return the items and getting fully refund + they told me to keep the ones I tried.
Despite the main issue, the costumer service in Magasin is the best, going to change to 5 stars only for them.

My only complaint is the way things were shipped. I ordered a makeup compact (has glass mirror), face powder refill and a body roller (liquid) and it was all shipped in a poly mailer envelope with no bubble wrapping or wrapping. Just tossed in the bag. Thankfully everything arrived intact. However I would expect more secure shipping to prevent damaged goods.
