I love chunky boots and summer dresses and the tasselled sandals from Mafalda are perfect! I’m sure they’ll look equally as good with socks in the colder weather! They’re beautifully made and I’m sure will stay looking good for a long, long time.
I would also like to thank customer services for their fabulous help and support.

The shoes, though expensive are beautiful and fit true to size. The pair I originally wanted were out of stock, and after contacting Mafalda, was told that they would most probably not be restocking in that style and colour. I went ahead and bought my second choice and on the day they arrived I was contacted by the same member of staff to say that they were expecting more stock of my original enquiry. The texts were friendly and not at all pushy and it’s very refreshing to see a company go above and beyond in their customer service. It was very much appreciated and although I have only worn the shoes once (they are for my daughter’s wedding in September) I am delighted with my purchase.

Sandals are very well made, the design is stylish, really surprised how comfortable they also feel. Super happy with my purchase, it’s not easy to find this craftsmanship in our modern world.

Mafalda pieces are well-made (handmade, ethically) and range in design across various (timeless) styles. Comfort varies on shoe style, however, the styles/materials that work best for me are the most comfortable (comfortable x elegant) shoes I own. Some styles I hope they carry forever because they are beautiful and unique! Prices have gone up, but if you take care of them I believe they will be worth it in the long run.

I have to admit that despite being stunning, I wasn’t sure they would be comfortable. But not only are they so beautifully crafted with so much attention to detail, they are insanely comfortable too.
In fact, a friend who works in design stopped dead in her tracks when she saw them on my shoe rack and commented on how stunning they are.
I couldn't agree more.

I now have a few pairs of Mafalda shoes, the leather is always so soft and shoes are very comfy. Many purchased on line but recently visited shop, recd really great service.

I ordered a pair of sandals in EU 37 because according to their size chart that would a US 36. The shoes were a bit large and then I noticed that the actual shoe said 36.5. I emailed and eventually they agreed to let me send them back and they would reimburse my shipping unless I wanted an exchange. I said I’d exchange but wanted reimbursement for the difference in cost and a shipping label on to return the ones that were too big. I returned the shoes and three week later they told me they were out of the 36 in the exchange sandals. Fine. So we’re back to the original agreement- reimburse for the cost of original shoe PLUS the $25 shipping label. They reimbursed me for the less expensive shoe plus $9. Makes no sense, I know. I have literally about 30 emails in which I keep reminding of their original agreement and they don’t seem to get it. The company owes me $35. I’m pretty sure I’ll never see it. All in all- the sizing is messed up and the customer service is downright slow and a seriously bad. I will never order shoes from this company and, if were you, I’d avoid it. It was literally there customer service experience I’ve ever had.

The reiterate: the shoes you sent me literally say 36.5 NOT 36 on them even though your sizing chart indicates a sz 37 translates to a size 6 in US. Size 6 is a 36 not a 36.5.

I have multiple emails in which you said you WOUlD reimburse me the $25, you just keep ignoring them. You told me my exchange (which was never processed because you took so long to respond that you ran out of the exchange shoe in 35) would include a reimbursement of the price difference between the more expensive shoe I actually bought and the less expensive shoe I never got AND the return shipping cost (again, emails can be provided that show this promise). Yet you reimbursed me for a cheaper pair of shoes I never even got. Your explanation is willfully ignoring many many correspondences, is not n good faith and reveals terrible customer service.

Personally I own now few pairs of Mafalda’s shoes and really love them.Unique design and very comfortable to wear.

From my first pair of Mafaldas a couple of years ago I was hooked, and now I rarely wear anything else. The designs are so sculptural and interesting, but most importantly they are incredibly comfortable and surprisingly hard-wearing (much better quality than other brands at similar price points). I have one dodgy ankle and struggle to find shoes that don’t aggravate the tendons, but have never had any trouble with Mafalda shoes or boots. The staff are lovely and the beautiful dog who is sometimes curled up on the couch in the shop is a special bonus.

The quality of the shoes is impeccable! These are high end shoes and the styles are unique! The only issue is, due to the fact that these are shipped from overseas, the shipping times are super long and one time a pair was lost in transit. I am grateful to your customer experience team who remediated the problem as soon as the learned about it.

I bought a pair of Mafalda’s last year and they are comfortable and gorgeous. I popped into the shop off Brick Lane yesterday for a pair for the warmer months, it’s full of beautiful shoes and the team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve worn trainers with everything for years - it’s great to find shoes that feel good to wear and are playful and stylish.

Big fan of the brand! I have a few of their shoes, and I always get compliments for how stylish they are. I enjoy the timeless models, but especially the handmade artisanship and excellent quality. I tend to wear my shoes to failure, and these are surprisingly long lasting. Customer service has been great, I never had issues when needing help.
Definitely a repeat customer!
