Rewarded and Respected !!

I have worked with Mae Care since day one. Although a small team at present, it is expanding all the time due to an increase in customer demand.

Excellent rates of pay, mileage allowance, and we are also paid for my time 'between calls' which does not happen often in domiciliary care. Plus, the management are approachable with any questions or queries ive had.

They also give out a monthly 'Blow your own trumpet' which is basically monthly bonus for a staff member.

On top of that, every 6 months there's an even bigger bonus of a 'mini break' for 3 or 4 days for a staff member.

What's not to like ??

Well paid, well looked after, appreciated, AND rewarded !!!!
