Buy at your own risk. Horrible Company to work with

I bought the 18" clear shield and am disappointed in Madstad. It still isn't on my bike because they sent the wrong fork mounts for my T120 (2016+). The mounts are different from those pictured in the instructions, they are different from those pictured on the site photos. Also, the edge of the cast acrylic is unfinished. There are cut marks the full way around and a sharp 90 degree edge on front and back. The edge on windshields they sent to the magazines and retailers have roundovers and polished edges. The one I got looks like they just dont care as long as they had something to send. Just a lazy job not paying attention to delivering a "custom cut, non-returnable, 20% I hate customers restocking fee" product. You have a patent so you can prevent others from doing a better job than you on producing this product, which is sad, because my first impression is that other than dealing with physics, you don't do a very good job.

When the correct mounts came in days later, they came damaged. (5 days to make, ship, and deliver custom windshield with wrong parts. 8 days to make??, ship, and deliver damaged brackets.) They were dinged through the paint, pitted, and had tarnish accumulation on the bare metal. This came as an extra shock since support told me that they had just been shaped and made, which led to the delay. Either I was lied to, or they have such horrible quality control that they managed to not only damage new parts, but also leave them in an environment sufficient to develop same day rust.

Very disappointed, especially for the price. I guess that's the price of patents.

After-sale support is bad

After-sale support is bad. I ordered one kit and had to pay an extra 260$ on import to fees to my country(Greece).
The kit that arrived was not the correct kit for my motorcycle.
They resent me a replacement that got stuck in customs as usual but they won't accept paying the import fees.
I have been calling and talking to Madstad Engineering and customs controls daily for the past two weeks without any result.
