Wish I’d read these reviews before buying. The touch up paint I received is that thin it’s almost translucent, it doesn’t cover scratches at all.

I ordered a small bottle of touch up paint for my black car & it came to nearly £22 with postage, hadn't used it & thought it was a bit expensive so I took a photo of it & googled it. The same company & paint was on ebay for £8 plus free delivery, i sent the company an email stating this & all I got back was the 1 on ebay wouldn't be for my car coz they use number plate system & ebay didn't. What a load of crap so i return it & ordered it on ebay with the number plate system, saved myself £14.

Avoid!!! Awful service, waited 4 weeks and still no sign of order, when queried was advised the items would be reordered to arrive in 4 days..1 week later still not arrived.

Horrible service! Poor delivery! Completely wrong colour matching and poor paint quality. The paints are truely mad

I placed an order on Sunday, up until Wednesday the order was yet to be dispatched. There's alot of delay in sending out order even though it's a custom order that does not mean in 3days you should not be able to send that out.
Also talking to the rep over the phone, she was telling me if I want to cancel my order after waiting for 3 whole days. That's bad representation of the company.

Ordered over two weeks ago. They contacted me to say the couldnt locate the paint match. After MULTIPLE emails asking for them to just send a refund I have still had no reply or refund. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone

After a week had to contact them as the order hadn't arrived.
They eventually delivered the order 10 days after placement of order, OK things can go wrong!
Unfortunately after recieving paint found it to be wrong colour and non metallic.
Would not reccomend them, unless of course to someone I disliked!

Excellent company. Easy to contact If you are a little patient for delivery by Royal Mail, prices are brilliant. I have only had perfect paint matches so far from MAD PAINTS touch up paints. I easily and successfully covered long scratches, stone chips and wear on sills on a 14 year old Corsa. It ended up looking like a brand new car. Found perfect paint match by paint code on the Corsa. On my new Ford Focus I couldn't find a Paint code anywhere. MAD PAINTS found a perfect paint match from the car registration only. It was Deep impact blue metallic. They also found a perfect silver paint for my alloy wheels. Actually only imperfections on an 8 year old Focus. Recommend mark 4 Focus 1 litre turbo Edition with unbeatable Ford infotainment and lots of really good features. Quite cheap these days. Would have cost you £28000 only 2 years ago. Paintwork excellent too. Actually bought some Flame red touch up paint from a competitor of MAD PAINT. More expensive than MAD PAINT and I didn't think it was an ideal match. Still have the bottle of touch up paint! I have no hesitation at all in recommending MAD PAINTS. I've already recommended them to family and friends. I am experienced enough in life and I the motor trade to know an excellent company!

I have contacted them 5 times, they said my order was delivered, it wasn't, they asked for my address again, they needed a couple of days to mix the paint again, one week went by, they said my parcel was at the parcel delivery depot and would be with me shortly, I went on holiday for a week, came back still no parcel, they emailed me a false delivered address which was not mine, my bank got involved and have refunded me, now time to block them.

Where do we start. I ordered, primer, paint and clear lacquer. I was first disappointed on the quality but f the brush as there is no chance you could get a smooth finish with this but I continued by prepping the area (cleaning, degreasing) I then masked a small square around the area I was painting and applied the primer. No problem there. I allowed the primer to dry for 3 hours before then giving the paint a good shake and heading out to apply the first coat. As soon as I applied the paint it ate into the primer which turned my white paint into a grey. Thinking I may not have aloud it to dry enough I turned back on the heaters and left my car in the garage over night. Again, I went out in the morning and went to apply another coat of paint. This again ate into the primer and smeared an awful grey colour across the front on my car. Worst of all the colour matching must have been done by a partially blind employee as it’s a completely different shade of white! Would I recommend this company? Absolutely not!

Ordered bmw yas marina blue B68 23/5/26. Chased for an update 5 days later, nothing, then 3 days later I asked to cancel and refund. They confirmed the shipment June 1st (9 days from order) apologising and saying I could decline the delivery. But I took it, the paint is a great match so, good product. Just sort out your communication, guys.

Its a scam, ordered paint cans hasn’t delivered. Spent 75 pound. No accountability by seller.
Other 4 or 5 star reviews are paid.

Don’t fall for it.

More than week,my order hasn't arrived, no response from email. Just avoid this website/company, waste of time and money.

I will never use them again. They sent me the wrong paint, and using it a few months after, I contacted them. They told me the warranty only a month, . What kind of warranty process is that? They sent the wrong paint code and they couldn't help me. I've been scammed.

I would give zero stars if I could the paint I recieved is the wrong colour now it's going to cost me £385 to get this rectified as my car has two different colours on it now.

Worst firm put your reg in comes up vehicle and colour take your payment then email cant find colour, try looking at your own site .twice this has happened never use again 1 star is to much of a rate.

Ordered touch-up paint, my car has a slight suface scratch from an overhanging bush, I notice it only in good light conditions.
Id hoped the touch up paint would cover it but sadly the paints nothing more than coloured water

A very poor showing. Ordered my touch up kit along with applicator brushes to recieve an email saying cannot find your paint colour ,can you send us a photo of the vehicle vin plate .like thats going to happen you dont need vin number for paint match. Guessing that if you had read the vehicle details correctly you would have found the matching paint code, as the reg finder told you it was a daf xg.the paint is for a truck not a car or motorcycle as your email suggested. Cancelled order and went to another paint company.paint arrived yesterday,perfect match. Never again.

Ordered touch up paint the paint doesn't match the car

The paint took a long time to arrive and when it did it there wasn't enough in the pen to cover one scratch. Pathetic!
