Good overall, gives me reminders at random times of the day which gets kind of annoying but its not bad to deal with. It does keep me accountable in that regard.

I apparently ordered some coaching unintentionally thru their website. I wrote them the next day they refused refund. Also charged for the same basic plan twice and not only that the plan is not available to me as every day on the calendar is labeled a recovery day. This is a very unscrupulous company with no way to talk with a live representative and is based offshore in Cyprus the company so called headquarters. The so called tai chi classes are just stretching. Avoid at all costs
Day 2 was interesting.
The reverse plank is not possible for me with replacement shoulder~ any alternative move?
Exercises were clear and easy.

I bought a plan for a very low price, but to complete it I was forced to accept (no option to skip or not select it) a "bonus" and I was charged an additional €35.
Immediately contacted the support and I also discovered they set a subscription (of which I was not explicitly notified) every 3 months for over €100 each!
I cancelled immediately the subscription and requested the refund for €35.
They always answer with a "standard" email and they never mention any refund.
Now I try the refund directly with PayPal.

Good quick exercises for myself who doesn’t have time to make it to the gym daily.

The video that accompanies the explanatory literature of each exercise is preferred to be less quick and more detailing.

Good schedule of workouts and good connectivity with the team

I felt more flexible on doing the exercise on day 2. Feels really good, and got confidence that I can reduce my weight with in 8 weeks.

The exercises are intense. Unfortunately I have a couple of joints that are beginning to hurt too much to complete them, including my knees on the lunges, and one elbow on the explosive push-ups. I'm modifying the exercises to allow me to complete the sets however I'm wondering if I might have to continue to mitigate further and further to avoid doing any type of joint or soft tissue injury.

I had a very disappointing experience with this program. During the setup process, I accidentally clicked on a “bonus” that appeared to be free, but I was charged immediately without any clear warning or confirmation. The purchase flow felt misleading and seemed designed to encourage accidental in-app purchases through dark patterns.
I contacted support to request a refund because the purchase was unintentional, but the overall experience has seriously damaged my trust in this company. Customers should be clearly informed before money is taken from their account.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Asked what is a problem area and I said knees. Third workout was impossible for my knees. What's the point in asking. So much for"personalized"
