Decent Mat from the Mad Matter

Shipped wrong color. I recieved dark brown instead of medium brown. I decided to live with the dark brown rather then to go through the return shipping process. Also,sizing is confusing. For example: 8.4’ and 12.2’ long seem to be accurate measurements while mats that are listed to be 5’ and 6’ are actually shorter by a few inches. Makes a difference when working with small spaces. That said, Ben was a pleasure to work with in customer service.

I ordered several mats and carpet tiles, but I received two different patterns when I opened the tiles. I called customer service, and Casey was very helpful! She was very nice and concerned about the situation, and she handled very quickly. She sent out 2 cases of the correct tiles on a Friday, and I got the correct order at the beggining of the week. Thank you!

A chat window appeared on the Mad Matter page while reviewing products for my office. I needed a solution quicker than estimated and Casey managed to help me get it here on-time for a new lab we are installing. I would definitely order from them again.

Great mat. The rubber edge was really bent from shipping or wrapping which was a little frustrating but it will straighten over time. Other than that happy with everything.

Excellent customer service - called to ask about the mat I was planning to order and was immediately transferred to an employee who described the manufacturing process, gave some ideas on how to position equipment on it and answered every question I had. When the mat arrived, it was exactly as advertised, didn't curl a bit and oh-so-soft. Couldn't be happier.

Slow on the samples and very slow on the delivery, but that might have been a Fedex problem. Product was good
