My experience working with this agency was disappointing both professionally and operationally.
During my time with the company, I observed poor communication, disorganization, inconsistent processes, and a lack of professionalism in how projects were managed. In my opinion, the quality of work and overall standards did not reflect the image being presented to clients.
Despite completing a significant amount of work for the company, I experienced serious issues regarding payment. I was required to repeatedly follow up regarding compensation, and communication became increasingly difficult whenever payment was discussed. As someone who completed the assigned work and met deadlines, this was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
In addition to my own experience, I was contacted by other individuals who described similar concerns regarding payment and communication. While I can only personally speak to my own situation, hearing similar accounts from others raised additional concerns for me.
Based on my experience, I would encourage both clients and freelancers to exercise caution, ensure all agreements are documented in writing, and maintain detailed records of communications, deliverables, and payment arrangements.
