I have ordered a few bits off Madison & Mayfair and can't fault their website, customer service, delivery and products. Would certainly be a returning customer.

I bought the " Heritage Medium Coat of Arms Wall Plaque". Description said, 'Crafted with precision and attention to detail," - It isn't - Also said that the item has, " medium-coloured wood finish " - It doesn't. It's NOT made of wood but cast in plaster ! -

I’ve been trying to email the company about the no fuss returns which states:
If you change your mind or are not 100% happy then you can return the item. I requested a returns form as they don’t enclose one, only for Faith to reply asking why I want to return. Two days later and still no reply from them despite going through both email and live chat. I would avoid this company as I will now have to recourse to my bank for a refund.

The items took many weeks to arrive. They do not resemble the photos. They are ugly!
BEWARE....THEY COME FROM CHINA!!!

Ordered something as a gift for Xmas on Saturday evening 20th December, bit last minute, it arrived 24th, just in time for Xmas, I was so relieved it arrived on time, thank you so much!!!!

Just taken delivery of a picture from M&M, beautifully packed and very reasonably priced. Just hung in my living room and thrilled with it. On canvas which amazed me, thought it would be a print.

disappointing. The order placed over a week ago but still not delivered. Was told 3 - 5 working days. dpd tracker not working and keeps 'getting delayed' Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing a rather expensive coffee table

I ordered an item that did not arrive which was blamed on the courier. When requesting a refund I was told that they would only refund the cost of the item and not the postage and packaging - even though I never received the goods.

brilliant customer service, i had a slight issue with my purchase and they where excellent at resolving it.

Hi purchased large Ginger jar unfortunately it was damaged when it arrived
Staff were excellent offered refund or to replace . I choose replace.
Well it just been delivered and I'm totally Delighted with it

We ordered the Black Panther with the LIGHT SHADE... ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. EVERY PERSON HOW COMES IN THE HOUSE SAY HOW LOVELY IT'S IS.. IT'S DEFINITELY THE CENTRE PIECE OF THE LIVING ROOM....

Awful. Ordered for Christmas. Never delivered. Blamed the courier. Three times AVOID !!

Expensively priced cheap Chinese knock offs.
They Claim they are luxury items but in fact they are definitely not.
They may look nice but they are good from far but far from good.

Service was excellent well informed and very well packed will deal with this company again and very happy with my Buddha side table love it

I ordered a salad bowl and salad tongs. It said "hand crafted" on the label however the pixelated pattern on the inside of the bowl and it chipping around the inside rendered this unusable. I'm sure they have taken some poor sap's design online. The salad tongs has wood coming off the side with a note saying "all products are unique" meaning just sloppy work. Have emailed them twice and attempted a chat with them but ultimately no response. I have had to raise a chargeback with my bank. Poor poor quality and non existent customer service.

I’ve subscribed to their website online as there was something I wanted to order quickly for my mums birthday, it’s quite an expensive item so I thought the 10% off would help and I’ve not had any code sent, I’ve chased their customer services and they’re saying I hadn’t subscribed, alarm bells are ringing, they’re holding off their part of the deal so I shall go elsewhere! I haven’t got time to be messed around like this!

Bought the black panther on plinth, the plinth was broken, emailed company with photo of damaged goods, that was on a Monday afternoon, received replacement on Friday, customer service was amazing, can’t thank Kate enough.

gold flamingo ornament, now I was worried this would be really small but was pleasantly surprised.

love all my items which arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. will definatly shop from here again.

This company are dreadful! I would avoid them completely! Not only are there products of the poorest quality! They send them out with multiple dents in! When I asked to return the item I was advised to give the item to charity, when I chased my refund a week later I was told they made a mistake and that the email was sent in error and now they would like the return delaying my refund further! Faulty good! Poor quality! Terrible customer service!!!
