I recently booked a property for one of my clients through Maddison Hill. The communication was fantastic, professional but also friendly. It was a pleasure to work with you, and I'll look forward to booking again soon.

We loved our stay here. Location was very convenient near the station, shops, supermarkets, and nice restaurants. The place was very clean, comfortable, spacious and yet cozy for our group of four. We would love to return and surely recommend to other guests.

I stayed at Madison Hill (7 Byrne Road, London, SW12 9HZ) with my family between 19-24 Dec 2025. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, at a great location, and the host is responsive and efficient in sorting out my questions.

A comprehensive manual is given before my arrival so I know exactly how to get to the place, open the door, and enjoy the place. Appreciate all the attention to details!!

The flat was very spacious and in a great location a short walk from Clapham South tube station and the common. Very clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor decks and views across London. A fantastic place to stay whilst exploring London.

Fantastic experience. I was looking for a base for an extended business trip to London but wasn't sure quite what I might need. Madison Hill proved excellent on all fronts. The apartment was very comfortable, well-provisioned, very quiet, very clean, and well located. I was exceptionally well attended to by Julie and her staff, who were always on hand. Immensely grateful for such a nice stay in London.

The property was spotless, spacious, and perfect for a group trip. The host was extremely helpful, and the location (right beside Clapham South Tube station) made travelling around London very easy. There were also plenty of great coffee shops and lovely walks nearby, which added to the stay.

Stayed at No.4 for business….. Fantastic property, ideal location and facilities inside were more than adequate.

Secret en-suite in bedroom two is a great feature. I thought overall was good value for the price. I’ll definitely be booking again.

The staff were very friendly, and the place was clean and comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I come to London.

This apartment is in a fantastic location and is set up to be stylish and contemporary. We were in London for our daughter's wedding and this property suited us perfectly to not only enjoy Balham's restaurants and amenities but also to prepare for the big day. Madison Hill are super organised and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property for a London stay.

The Madison Hill apartment was perfect.
Very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed and more. Two perfect bathrooms.
Easy-to-use heating (although we didn't need much), hot water. Very clean and fully equipped kitchen.
Iron and ironing board available.
Large closets.
It was one of our best Airbnb experiences.
Just 5 minutes or less from the metro station, and with plenty of local businesses to grab breakfast at. We had a wonderful time with the family and watching Coldplay at Wembley! Thank you so much, Madison Hill.

We had a lovely stay at Madison Hill, White House 4! The flat was in such a great location, 2 minutes walk from Clapham South tube and the Northern line to take you to central London in minutes. The flat itself was clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The full size fridge, oven and dishwasher made home cooking really easy and the balcony was a really great extra area to have. The communication was really clear and the little extras, like electrical adapters and tea, coffee and milk were a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, comfortable apt. Excellent kitchen, full of all necessary wares, comfortable bed and bathroom with great water pressure. Location is perfect, with proximity to restaurants, supermarkets and underground/overground train station. The host is terrific, with timely communications. The only opportunity is to upgrade living room furniture. We liked the unit so much that we already committed to three months’ stay next summer.

All went great as planned and expected. Pros: The location is good and very close to the tube.
The kitchen has everything you'd be looking for.
Great fit for a family with 3 kids.
Cons;
There is a bit of noise from street which is normal due to location. We were there during the heatwave and due to lack of A/C it was a bit of a problem. There are enough portable fans for each room which helped a bit.

Perfect location for discovering London due to close proximity to the tube, as well as beautiful Balham. A home from home at a very high standard, fully furnished/decorated with added extras. Host very helpful and approachable. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

What a lovely apartment in South Clapham, clean and cosy and so convenient to the underground station, only minutes away, but without the noise of the tube/train. M & S foodstore very close as well as other grocery stores and Clapham Common for walks just over the road from the tube station. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you Madison Hill.

Great location, close to tube, Sainsbury & restaurants. We visited the end of June and it was quite hot with no AC - but they provided lots of fans. There is no lift and quite a few stairs - but the flat was clean and lovely. Would stay there again!

Super clean, just as advertised. Spacious and contained everything we could possibly need for our stay.

We stayed in "Byrne Garden 1" for 2 weeks in July, 2025. It was very conveniently located close to the Tube/Rail station with frequent quick connections into Central London (10 minutes to Victoria), a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets etc. in Balham. It is a very well appointed and maintained Apartment with great attention to detail. It's also very well-managed by professionals who are both attentive and open to listening to suggestions for minor improvements to enhance the guest experience.
We would highly recommend it for those seeking a higher quality rental in Balham
