There was an issue with my order - Hermes didn't pick it up! I emailed them on the day my order should have been delivered, they popped it in with Royal Mail and I got it two days later. Annoying, but not totally their fault. It was resolved in the end, and the PJ's are super comfy.

Arrived in good time, I had my married initials embroiders on the pjs, I had to go for blue as the white was out of stock.

These are super comfy to wear and light weight. I would buy again.

The pyjamas were a gift for my sister’s birthday so she hasn’t tried them yet but the service, delivery and quality of the product from my initial look is second to none. Also really pleased to see minimal plastic packaging.

Good quality but delivery was late which meant that the present came day after my wife's birthday rather than two days before.

I thought it worth putting up a qualification so that other readers understand and don't get put off by my review. In hindsight dropping 2 stars was maybe a bit harsh for a late delivery. I have just been given a pair of beautiful monogrammed pajamas from Made Wright as a present. They are the softest, most comfortable pajamas I have ever owned! Really stylish and well cut too.

I bought a robe for my daughter’s birthday, which she opened yesterday. She is delighted with it, the fabric could not feel any softer and the monogrammed initials on the front are an extra special touch, which give it a real luxe feel.
Communication was great and it arrived within the given timescales. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use again!

I love my new short pjs. The fabric is so soft and lux and feels great on my skin. I’ve just had a baby so comfort is key. The order arrived promptly and my dealings with Lauren were first class.

I recently ordered the Navy Aria Bamboo pyjama set, personalised for a friend’s birthday present. The pyjamas are of a high, luxurious quality and my friend is delighted with them. The customer service is also excellent - when I made contact to ensure they would arrive on time I received a quick and super helpful response and the pyjamas arrived earlier than expected!
