“Made to Roam” Explorer harness
This “Made to Roam” Explorer harness is very well made, padding-stitching is superb, thick straps, metal parts. My puppy is 8 mo old @9lbs, I ordered the Size 2, from Amazon, it was too big, I couldn’t adjust it down tight enough. So I easily returned it and ordered the Size 1, had a hard time trying to adjust it larger. The material is so thick it wouldn’t go through easily. I emailed the company who promptly emailed me back explaining with a photo what to do, stating the straps will loosen after a few adjustments. I finally got the size 1 to adjust larger but I had to use needle nose pliers to gently help pull the straps through, the material is that thick, not going to moving out of adjustment, ever. This is a very well made harness, and sturdy. My puppy has chewed through the plastic release clips on 2 harness's in the 3 ½ months I’ve had him. With arthritis, it’s becoming hard to undo those plastic clips. So I looked for a harness with metal release clips, stage right I found “Made to Roam” on Amazon and the fact the price was great, $34.99-free shipping, plus they’re a small business sealed the deal, I didn’t look any further. Jaxson looks quite smart in his new harness, he has it on all day playing, walking, napping, with no problems or itching. And since he is a PGH Steelers fan he’s all decked out in black & gold (Michigan Autumn) just in time for the new season. I will be buying the matching collar once more funds become available, I think that is going to be a size 0, don’t want to return another item😁. Thank you very much Jenn & Theresa!
