I wrote a review before, expressing my dissatisfaction. I got a very nice reply explaining to me that they would contact me or that I could email them.
I have send several emails, never heard back!
I think the products of this store are oke, the prices are not transparant. Exchanging an item is impossible and I truly hope u will not get any problem, cause as nice the customer service is replying on this platform, they will never reply to your emails!

Order never received!
I was given reassurance when ordering that it would arrive on 25th of November - we travelled to Ireland for that week and left without me receiving the package, in fact as of today, the package is still not delivered.
