Good quality and fast delivery. Very good experience

The products are really good quality and amazing, the only thing that i didnt like it was there being no tracking on the order.

The personalised pijamas I ordered, came very quickly and was beautifully finished, nice fabric… the M size of the female shirt seems a bit too small compared to the same M size of the male shirt..
Overall a good experience…

Urging all customers to please not place any orders with this company with an expectation to receive your item (a) within the specified and advertise delivery time frame; and (b) on time for Christmas.

I ordered an item on 13th December as a Christmas gift for a small start up business. I selected the £14 standard delivery which indicated my item would be here within 7 workings days - by 22nd December. When I contacted MADEINGIFT to inform them that I received notification of a delivery date on 27 December they outlined that there was nothing they could do as I selected standard delivery and deliveries are subject to delays. I queried as to why they are still advertising a delivery date of the next working day on their website if they were unable to fulfil my order and delivery in time for Christmas and they said ‘we wish you all the best in your future’.
This is an extremely sarcastic company that do not fulfill what they have advertised. I am yet to receive my item but at this point have very little faith in what the quality of the order will be - when and if it ever arrives.

The order came very quickly and was exactly what we had ordered.
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the glass on the frames we ordered were stained and even after cleaning, some of the stains didn't come out completely. Still, I highly recommend the site and products. A personalized gift always has more value!

Excellent customer service, had a late query after purchase and response was immediate.

First I thought this website was too good to be true and I had to search for legit reviews of it. But after buying a personalized gift there I couldn’t be more satisfied!!! It is not only easy to use as it has so many options, the print quality is TOP level and it arrived 3 days later (I am in Europe). This is my new GO TO for personalized gifts for sure. And I already recommended it to many people.

The delivery was made on time, the product was a perfect match with the description. Totally recommend

I paid £19 and then £13 delivery and expected to receive 2 personalised mugs in a display gift box. There was a picture of the expected gift set next to the price in my basket, so I paid. What I received was just 2 mugs. I contacted customer service straight away and asked for a refund, to be told they don’t see a reason for a refund. After many emails later I was told I could have the gift set display box if I purchased something else!!!
Their customer service was poor, never leaving a name to refer to. Their returns/refund policy is poor. Their website is misleading to what you are actually buying.

The results of the personalized products were better than I was expecting and it was super fast . I will definitely recommend this :)

I ordered two teddies holding personalised photos in a heart-shaped frame. Uploading the JPEG files was easy, as was adjusting their position within the heart shape. The quality of the pictures wasn't great to begin with, one was just a screen capture. The end results were wonderful. Printing on soft plush fabric turned out far better than I had hoped. The whole process worked flawlessly and both recipients were delighted with their personalised gifts. Highly recommended.

I ordered the framed lego print for a house warming gift. I was so disappointed, the quality was terrible. The frame was so cheap and nearly falling apart. The glass had dirt all over it and trapped between the glass and print. I tried to complain and ask for a refund to be told that they would refund if I returned the item (at my cost) to Madrid in Spain where the item had been sent from. It was not suitable to give as a gift so that is £33 I'll never see again. Total waste of money.

Super cute and highly customisable. My sister loved her gifts and it arrived fast. It did arrive 1 day later than expected and tracking wasn't the easiest but worthwhile and I'll definitely order again.

This is the first and probably the last time I buy a gift in this website. The product is smaller than I expected and the quality was very bad, specially to give a gift to someone else. I am extremely disappointed.

The gift was a block key ring with a hanger “Lego style” and I didn't recommend it.

Order a real size poster that was advertised with a gentleman standing beside a poster the same height he was

When I ordered the poster and received my confirmation email it state 90x60cm

I contacted the company and advised I was under the impression this was a life size and the customer service agent informed it wasn't I asked for a refund as the advertisement led me to believe this was real size

The customer service agent refused my request and informed me that this size was no longer avaliable and it was a mistake that they never updated the add
And I asked why this was my fault they never update the advertised and it was misleading

I would not recommend buying from this company as I got the impression we have your money so go away they were extremely unprofessional there emails were rude and they didn't care there advertisement was misleading

Any other descent company would see there mistake and refund the purchase with an apology
