Excellent company. Ordered an oil burner. It was expensive but definitely worth it as it is excellent quality. Didn’t pay extra for delivery but it was delivered the next day.

Authentic, beautiful products, I've ordered Lina Aroma electric defuser with 3 different scents, I love the shape and the size of the defuser and WAW the intensity of the scent spreads in the room as soon as I turned it on.. The scent comes out in a gentle smoke with no noice and no steam of misty water..
I am so happy with my purchase, it's a bit expensive, but it's worth it.. previously I had the cheaper ones and the quality of this is far better.. The service also great as their products.. Thank you 🙏

Absolutely love the diffusers and oils this company offers. Great quality, amazing style and the fragrances are so good! My delivery was delayed and the customer service team were just brilliant, shout out to Sue for doing an amazing job in getting it all sorted and spreading Zen at a very stressful time.
I highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever!

Send multiple pictures and videos showing that my candle warmer was faulty and the light didn’t dim it only came on full blast which is actually a fire risk. They didn’t want to know about it and kept telling me they haven’t seen this fault before so nothing they can do. AVIOD THIS COMPANY!!

Amazing diffuser! The essential oils provided are beautiful. The light/lamp feature make an even more chilled ambience!!

Absolutely adore my Fern glass diffuser! It's a gorgeous piece of art, as well as a lamp, in our living room. Recently it's had a small malfunction, but the team at Zen have been incredible with their response and sending out a replacement part. Thank you guys

Beautiful products, well packaged for delivery and lovely scents too. One of the electric diffusers I ordered was faulty so I contacted customer service. Cindy was very polite, apologetic and organised for a replacement to be sent to me which will be arriving tomorrow! My first time using Made by Zen after discovering them online. Excellent customer service and I look forward to receiving my replacement so that I can use the oils I’ve ordered too. Thank you for your assistance, Cindy!

We had an issue with a product but that was made so easily resolved and stress free with Cindy and the customer service we received. Honestly it is so refreshing to speak to someone who wants to resolve a situation as easily and with the least resistance as possible rather than going around the houses. Excellent customer service 5* without a doubt! Thank you madebyzen and thank you Cindy your amazing!

I was quite horrified with the customer service from made by Zen. After 1.5 years my mecura white lamp stopped lighting up, it still worked as a diffuser by there was no light.

I called customer services and the woman on the other end was incredibly rude. She laughed at me a number of times because I could remember the name of the lamp. I asked if I could replace the bulb and she laughed at me saying you couldn’t replace the bulb on that model. Eventually I prompted her and asked what I could do and would I have to replace the whole base and she told me that was the case, but not before laughing at me more.

The replacement base is £40, which is 2 thirds the cost of the lamp itself. Replacing the whole base doesn't seem very environmentally friendly, which I was very surprised by given the brand image.

Anyway ... wasn't a great experience. I was surprised that the lamps don't last that long, that the remedy is so expensive and more that customer service just laughs at your issues.

Zen Prism diffuser, currently being used as a doorstop, in short no way of telling if item is actually working other than common sense. Instruction manual (which shouldn't actually be needed for a simple plug in and use item), next to useless. Have contacted customer service via email and telephone, awaiting response, similar review written on companies website (Being reviewed by them prior to publish, so that one won't be published on their website (might explain why no reviews on their website)). Would give it zero stars if possible as it is not working. Will update this review if / when issue resolved.
As promised, issue has been resolved, took a while, but holidays offer some excuse. Item replaced with a working model, seems to do the job can't compare with others as this is my first diffuser, looks nice enough, tank could do with being a bit larger maybe, have to top up a lot.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Cindy at made by Zen. Had an issue with the original one and it was replaced and back on my bedside table within 5 days. Even over the Christmas period. Can’t thank her enough.

We have been using Zen diffusers for over fiver years now, since we first saw one in a spa. I recently bought directly from Made by Zen. Spent over £100 on there diffusers as Xmas presents, would have spent more if they used a more reliable delivery option and offer gift wrapping service for Xmas and birthday’s.

I’ve just purchased a diffuser and oil set as a gift, and a sneaky little oil for myself. The website was easy to navigate and delivery was very quick and my items we packed very well. Thank you

Tried to order a diffuser and oils yesterday but a problem on the website prevented me from getting free postage and free gift. The team found a way around this and today my items arrived.... nicely packaged and with an extra free gift. As this is a gift I have not checked the items but I am really impressed by the speed and manner in which this was dealt with. Thanks so much Made by Zen. My 90 year old mother will be thrilled with these items. Might buy myself one at some point.

Ordered one of the aroma diffusers after falling in love with the diffuser my friend had bought from made by zen. The diffuser is silent, has an aesthetic look and the light can be set to your preferred brightness.

After ordering, I realized that I would have to pay a significant amount of import taxes on top of my package (since I live outside of the EU). I requested the customer service to cancel my order as soon as possible (before shipping), and within 2 days received a sympathetic response. My order was cancelled immediately, so I would not have to pay any taxes, and I received a refund. Such a relief and I'm thankful for the quick reply! After I asked whether their products are available to order inside of the EU, Cindy from the customer service team offered to search for the diffuser I wanted at one of their suppliers within the EU - so I could order it from there.

Could recommend their aroma diffusers to everyone and many thanks to the customer service team!

Really do love the aromatherapy diffusers, but the Nomad grey diffuser stopped working after two days of receiving it. Have contacted the company and have not had any feedback?
Love the Kharis diffuser very much indeed, would definitely recommend.
