Be aware that all delivery estimation times mentioned on the website, saying the delay because of CORONA are taking into account, are just a big lie. Prepare yourself to receive your ordered item(s) in far future! AND DO NOT TRUST their estimate calculation for postponed deliveries either.
We ordered a sopha (Bastein Ecksofa) in 15.03.2020 with estimate delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks, taking delay because of Corona into account. So far, the delivery postponed two times, of course without any logical reason. If you even check Bastein Ecksofa now on the website, you see they are saying it is still available for delivery between 2 to 3 weeks. Surprise Surprise!!!
They postponed the delivery/dispatch for the third time in a clever way. They sent us a link and asked us to specify our availability time. We have done that, and no surprise, two weeks passed since then and we are still waiting.
Do not know for how long these companies are going to play the Corona card as an excuse.
Now, we are thinking to cancel our order.

Made is great but their delivery partner DPD is horrible. They really should switch to someone else because I couldn’t properly track my delivery because the provided link didn’t work. They contacted me to inform about next day delivery which didn’t arrive. I didn’t know where my package was nor when it would arrive. Customer service was only in french because it was DPD France who dispatched it and it never switched to DPD Switzerland once it crossed the border. In the end they did contact me the same day that they will deliver within one hour, so I had to go home from work and they were still later than they said.

For the second time, great product and delivery. Delivery men have carried heavy boxes to fifth floor (building without elevator), helped me to remove all parts from boxes and took all the boxes with them.

What a sham! And what a shame!
While I was excited to receive my first piece of Made.com furniture I was extremely disappointed to witness the extremely bad quality of the desk I ordered. To top that, a horrendous customer support. Difficult to find the support email online, and when I chatted with the whatsapp customer support, they provided me with a wrong email. When contacting them again on the whatsapp number, they nonchalantly informed me that this was wrong and that I should have expected a confirmation email. Difficult to predict that being my first order and probably my last ever if they do not rectify. I have included my complaint below and have photos I can share. I would highly recommend not ordering from them. Good design and marketing. Horrible quality and customer service. The desk I've ordered will definitely not survive one or two moves. So definitely not worth the price.

I have received my Lucien desk on Friday and have to say I was extremely disappointed with Made! I was looking forward to receiving my first Made furniture as I loved the brand but realize the quality is tremendously lacking!
As I mounted the legs on the desk, I have the two following issues:
- 1 leg is badly cut. The steel and wood don't fit well and the screw could not be inserted properly. Also the head is now damaged
- 1 leg, the whole for the screw seems not to be well done. So also impossible to screw it in all the way without damaging the head!
So with two problems, 1/ the table might not be as stable and more importantly 2/ if I move and need to unscrew/rescrew, then the screws will be damaged and impossible to easily transport. There is also a piece of the desk that is damaged.
I am very unhappy with this situation as the desk does not come cheap and I now have a really bad impression on Made and would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
I await your proposed solutions.

Customer service is perfect: I ordered a sofa but I discovered the bottom was damaged after the delivery.
The communication was good, and we found a solution by exchanging the couch with a different color (the one I ordered was out of stock). The new one was delivered quickly and it was in mint conditions. Super!

This was the worst experience with online shopping that I've ever had.
I ordered a table in January 2022 with an expected delivery time of 6-8 weeks. A few weeks later, I received an email informing me that the delivery would be delayed and that the table would be instead delivered in 18-20 weeks.
As the delivery date approached, I got in touch with their customer service to enquire whether the table would be delivered. They confirmed that the product would be dispatched and delivered, but offered to reimburse the shipping costs as compensation.
The delivery date came and went, but the table did not arrive so I got in touch with their customer service again. This time they were unable to tell me when the table would be delivered and offered to cancel the order and give a refund, but I chose to wait since I assumed it could not take much longer.
Today, almost 6 months after I placed my order, I received a message from Made.com cancelling my purchase, confirming that they would reimburse the money and offering a symbolic 15% off in my next purchase.
I got in touch with their customer service (I truly feel bad for them having to represent such a terrible company) and tried to be as constructive as possible. I asked them to ship a comparable product in terms of price and functionality since I have been waiting for six months already, but they refused to do this and told me to simply re-order using my 15% discount.
In the end, I waited 6 months in vain because the table I originally purchased on sale won't be delivered and ordering a cheaper one (even with the 15% voucher they offered) would be more expensive and I would have to re-pay the shipping costs. In short, the only one that loses with them is the customer.

I really wish I had done more research before ordering from Made.
We order our sofa and chair in February 2021 and didn't receive the final item until May 2022. The compensation we received for such a long delay on such an expensive item was insulting.
It's very much a shame because the products themselves are great but I won't be recommending this website or company to anyone.
Spend the money with a more reliable company

I have ordered a table in March, with a shipping date 23.04.2022 and still didn't receive it.
MADE postponed the shipping for a month later, meaning it has to be shipped yesterday 23.05.2022, yet no update so far.
I hope it pays the wait, but so far very disappointed.

Please do not be blinded by the beautiful website and products. I bought furniture for just under 3000 and paid immediately. After three months they have not managed to supply us completely.
Specified delivery times were corrected backwards several times.
As soon as delivery was scheduled, there were "technical problems" and the items were sent to wrong places. Orders cancelled.
Further, the quality of furniture is not great.
The customer support (chat, email, website) works only with empty phrases and is no help.
The trust is destroyed.
For me, never again MADE.
