Weeks and weeks waiting for exchange or refund. Offered 30%, not that they would ever send it. Repeat generic replies from them.
Con artists.

On June 2nd purchased an item from this company. Never heard of them before so it was a mistake not to check on trustpilot.
Received email on the 16th June stating delivery within 24 to 48hrs. DIDN'T ARRIVE. When tracking a couple of days later showed delivered on the 19th. No delivery company shown (Untrue). After 3 attempts through their contact page (no response) also no telephone number to contact.

I was not happy with the quality or proportions of the product. Stitching at the button hole wasn't to a good standard and was looped around the button, so had to break the stitching to undo the button. Waist sizing of shorts was perfect, but very tight around the legs. Pockets are very small and openings too small to get my hands in, this makes them virtually useless.
After requesting a refund and return, I was offered a 10% refund or I needed to return the item to Poland at my cost, which I refused. I was then offered a 30% refund or to return the item to Poland at my cost, I refused again and advised that their website clearly states under the FAQ's that "We do not charge any return or handling fees." I was then offered a reduced 25% refund or to return the item to Poland at my cost.
Funny how this needs to be returned to Poland from the UK when their registered trade name Ecom Logi LLP address is 32 Kinburn Street, London, England, SE16 6DW

Update 25/6/25: After being offered a refund of 40% several weeks ago, I am still waiting for the refund to materialise. 2 Weeks ago I was told it had already processed and might take a couple of working days.....

I ordered a xxl t shirt when it arrived i assumed they had put a wrong size tag in it as it was the right size for a child this cost me £29.95 a further £5 to return it asking for a refund that was 5 weeks ago they have sent me another child's size t shirt it give up not wasting anymore time or money especially since reading there reviews absolutely waste of time do not buy anything from this company I was going to say it's a shame but more like a scam

Had to click on 1 star!...Poor quality. Wanting to return..offered 10% off.. refused ..qualty poor..suggested I could gift it to a friend...I wouldn't even give it to an enemy... then they ignored over 6 emails asking for details of how to return... strongly advise do not purchase from them....i. still £60 down and have 2 dusters.they shouldn't be allowed to advertise

Cheap chinese clothing for high prices. Delivered wrong item. Can only get refund if I send to China on my own cost. (Shiping costs well exceeding the real value!!!). No proper customer service. Only AI generated emails offering discounts of 10 or 20% if you keep the product. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Seeing the countless reviews, sending the wrong clothes is standard practice and simply part of the business model
