I stupidly got sucked into a madam muse advert and ordered a bra n the size recommended on their website when I entered by bra size. It came weeks later - it was far too big! I then realised they don't accept returns or refunds. Their 'resolution' was to send another style of bra. This again did not fit and was huge! I now have two bras that don't fit and I'm out if pocket. Don't buy unless you are positive it will fit.
(My bra band size is 32)

I'm short chested so the straps don't bring my boobs up enough, but good enough.

I love that there is no underwire & the bra is very comfortable. I have been wearing it ever since it arrived to my place. However, it would have a full 5 stars if it was bigger. I am a 42 Double H & the website recommended to me the 3XL(the biggest it goes to). It needs to be bigger. A 4XL would have been perfect. I do spill out a bit in the front, but I'll take that over horrible underwire & bruises on my sides, under my armpits.

An ad popped up in Facebook for Madame Muse and I was tempted. I ordered one bra, as I didn’t know what to expect. The order process was great although delivery a little slow. I’ve worn the bra a few times now. It is supportive, washes really well and has retained its shape. A big bonus - no wires!!
I’ve just ordered two more!

Didn't come when promised so I started to question where the product was and told them to cancel. Was told they couldn't cancel, I kept emailing them I never recieved the product, did a dispute on my credit card. They answered it was delivered outside our apartment door when we haven't been there in weeks, I checked with neighbors and management, no one knows about the package. Will never order from this company again

Unbelievably frustrating. Ordered, bra was okay but not to my taste. Very wide straps and the band was too short despite me measuring before ordering. There's no automatic return process, you have to email them. They then try to persuade you to keep it. No thanks (politely) pls send me return code/process. Then, we need a photo of the bra - why?! It's all sealed up in the bag by then. It has taken over two weeks and still not been able to return. I shop do a lot of online shopping and I have never come across a more unhelpful returns process.

Scam artists- avoid at all costs. Advertise money back guarantee if not happy with order but do everything to avoid refunding. One of the bra’s in my order wasn’t what was advertised so I requested a refund and was refused. I said I would put in a request for a chargeback with my bank and they waited until I did this to then request me to send back the item. Once I sent it back at my cost, expecting to resolve the case, they then still refused to refund telling me it was out of their hands due to my chargeback. So now they have my money and their product and I am out of pocket. My chargeback request ended up being successful (as expected) but it was stressful and I was out of pocket for a number of weeks. This company knows exactly how to play the game. Will be taking it further and reporting to Trading Standards.

I placed my order on the 11 July 2026, it is now the 23 July 2026 and nothing has been delivered. I asked for a refund and they are ignoring me.
They are shipping from China. Doesn't say that when you order, that it is now 13 days since my order.

The products are absolutely fine though the strapless bras are very basic in design, yet are the same price as the bras with straps and fastenings. The worst aspect was how slow the dispatch and delivery times are. Snails move quicker

Really like the jelly bras - saw them on instagram so wasn’t totally sure if they were a bit of a fad - but actually these are super comfy and supportive while not having any underwires. Even with a large bust these feel very supportive.
My only gripes are:

Shipping took a while, I almost forgot I’d ordered it as it was maybe a couple of weeks. This was the same when I ordered a second one.
The removable cups inside the bra are a nuisance - I like to leave them in but whenever you wash the bra they get completely messed up and they’re not that easy to get back to the correct place as they’re a specific shape. Would be keen to know if they all have this or if there are some styles that don’t.

Love these bras. Im a 40 E and the support is great. Very comfortable and wash well. Ive just ordered more and telling all my friends about them!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and customer service was very helpful to remedy my mistake and get me the right size. It was so comfortable, I ordered 2 more and gave my sister the link to order as well.

The bra was just as expected and Feels comfortable to wear.

Seeing jelly bras and hesitated to buy, but said, have faith and just bought one to try out. Just amazing, so comfy and straps stay in place, along with everything else. Have placed another order for different colours, delighted, well done. One very happy set of boobs 😋

Really enjoyed wearing this bra as by far the most comfortable however delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated. Despite this I have ordered 2 more and recommended to my friends & family. I washed it on a gentle/silk cycle and it was fine too as it’s recommended hand wash.
