"Not Mad About" customer service
You Sent three bottles of the wrong wine, rather than three cases! of the correct wine! The contact number as advised for Mad about wines we were told by the exchange was no longer recognised!!! We had to search the Internet!!! Eventually getting through to Annessa Imports, who were at first very aloof to the problem, I was told "the girl will get back to me in a few day!!!!" Only when I showed my firm displeasure was it resolved quickly, I would be very sceptical about further use of "Mad About Wines" they are not mad about service or their customers.

Bottle not as picture on website
The bottle received, whilst the same type of wine, was not as pictured on the website and I wanted it to recreate a picture from a particular trip. When I raised the issue it was not addressed, my email was ignored.
