I ordered a new mower which arrived quickly but unfortunately was damaged through no fault of Mad4Mowers. Their customer service was exemplary (thank you Lucy) and they organised for the damaged mower to be collected and a new one delivered all within a week of me placing my original order and at their own cost. The new mower is perfect. (The TNT delivery man was great too.)

I bought and paid for an axe last week but as soon as the money had left my account I received an email telling me that the product was not available. I am still waiting for a refund. Their phone number is not working and their promised call never comes. Be very careful before you give your money to this company.

Needed to return a strimmer storage bracket because it didn’t fit. Mad4Mowers arranged collection and provided a refund. Can’t fault customer service.

I used this company for the first time this week to purchase a Viking shredder.

After being let down by another supplier Mad4Mowers took my order at 3pm and had it on my doorstep at 10am the next day AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!! What can I say - fantastic.

They actually STOCK their items for immediate delivery and don't just order them in which can take a week or more.

Ordered a Sthil blower at 2.30pm and received early afternoon the next day, brilliant! Useful to be able to track the package as they use carrier UPS.

Ive bought 2 expensive items as well as regular smaller orders from here. Everything has been very good. Quick collection time and good customer service on collection. My last purchase was over £600 on the stihl kombi system with long hedge trimmer attachment and its a pleasure to use.

I have ordered twice based on good prices and both times the order dispatched very quickly.

I discovered my mower had been stolen from my shed on 16th February 2016. After reporting the theft to the police and contacting my insurance company, who settled immediately, I ordered the same model that afternoon from Mad4 Mowers. My new mower arrived the very next day by 9:30am. This was outstanding service and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
