Good delivery service
Good delivery service, but once in a while I get food that isn't fresh and even spoiled. Most times things go smoothly. I like mostly the Bio (okolosgist) produce.

I was very happy with my shopping with…
I was very happy with my shopping with you but last month has been disappointing. Some of my regular basic items eg; extra gouda ost, ultra soft kleenex, natura siberica cream soap and more are not available anymore! :( At the same time delivery cost is going up. So I’m not happy anymore. Why not keep the good standard and items????

the only critic would be that is was strange to be able to have delivered for the following day and few products (fruit) were not from the origin country indicated on the website

Excellent service and highly professional!
Sorry I write in English as I don't speak Danish yet.
I have ordered with Coop several times now and am pleased with their service. All products are fresh and they are rather punctual in delivery. If there is any delay at all, they will inform you in advance and give you a precise duration of the delay. A couple of times when there were some errors, a simple call to them and they are very willing to refund you for their mistake. They are also very clear in their communication, also in English and very polite and eager. I love that attitude when it comes to service industries
I will recommend them highly to anyone.

Food delivery just after moving in
We just moved to Denmark and needed to have food delivered while we were in mandatory isolation (covid) for new arrivals. The food came about 25 minutes after the specified time window. However, I gave them a call to make sure there wasn't an issue and they let me know the driver was just around the corner, apologised and gave me a 75kr voucher for my next order. Overall a really good experience.

I needed to order food due to travel quarantine
I needed to order food due to quarantine after coming home from a family visit due to the COVID 19 regulations.
All, payment delivery and quality are just fine.
My only problem was the interface for ordering the food.
Maybe have a UX designer working with it?
