I genuinely thought this was a scam
I genuinely thought this was a scam. I never received any order confirmation or tracking details and when I rang up they had no record of my purchase even though the money had been taken from my account.
In the end I did receive the product and it does work well/is what it says it is but they need to have better coms and update the back end of their website so they actually have a record of orders placed. Pretty stressful!

Excellent Service
There was a slight issue with the iPad that a more technically savvy customer could probably have sorted themselves but MacTwo were on to it straight away and sorted the problem and then sent additional new accessories to make sure. This Left no doubt that this is a reliably good company to deal with. The aftercare/technical service was very good.
