1st time ordering from MACS
This was my 1st time ordering from MACS and I couldn't be any happier. The item was dispatched and received very quickly.
There was a small issue with the order, so I emailed customer service and received a quick reply genuinely apologising for the problem and promising that the issue would be looked into and a resolution would be found.
In no time at all I received a message that a resolution had been found and that I would be receiving a delivery in the next couple of days.
Today I received that delivery and everything promised has been delivered and I am over the moon. Certainly gives me confidence to shop here again and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
Customer service doesn't get any better than this.
