It's one thing to order something incorrectly and have that wrong thing sent to you and having to deal with the fallout. These guys not only tolerated my error, but they got back to me in relation to my request to change the order very quickly, held the shipment until we had confirmed I was ordering the right ones, and then shipped it. I really appreciate this attention to customer service, thanks again for your help! It also goes to show that the customer "isn't always right"! :-)

Excellent service and quality keys
Site was easy to use and my purchase arrived in good time, but there was a hairline fracture on the underside of the key. I sent a message to their support through their site and it was rectified shortly after and they sent a replacement key. Couldn’t ask for better service really!
