Watch strap did not meet expectations. The strap does not project the tartan design enough. The small tartan bow that enhances the packaging box, was more distinct than the actual watch strap.

Unique watch band, that seems to be of very high quality and looks fantastic.

Post office had a minor issue delivering the item and MacKinnon dealt with it right away.

I received the watch in a timely manner and the craftsmanship is excellent. My only wish for a change is that the band under the tartan be leather.

I love the concept and final product both. Really class time piece. The personalization is a lovely touch. It would have been nice to have more communication around production and shipping, but I understand its a very small business.

I had ordered a watch for my son with lots of personalisation done to it.
As I was due to visit family near the workshop I thought it may be nice to collect the watch in person.
Annarita and April made us (my parents and I) feel extremely welcome and took the time to show us the process and answer all our questions.
The watch is exceptional and I am sure my son will love it when he receives it.
Belinda and Matt have something very special here and it is a privilege to has seen the inner works and take acustom piece home too.
