I just got MacKeeper yesterday and tried out the Memory Cleaner for the first time today; I was puzzled about whether I'd get a pop-up telling me the function was done. The tech support person cleared up my confusion simply and clearly. (When the blue "Clean Memory" button appears, the scan has been completed, if I understood correctly.)

As a computer science professor who has been playing with these beasts since 1972, it's very refreshing to work with a company that cares about its customers and allows us to interact with actual humans instead of bots.
I recommend MacKeeper to all my students wise enough to have a Mac instead of a WinDOZE box....(No, I am not biased)!
Anyway, these folks are the best, and I have been a subscriber for years...my current license expires in 2029...so yea, I trust these people.

The previous time they took me into the hard sales pitch and I left without anything resolved. So I suggest you avoid going down the Sales rabbit-hole.
