Horrible Customer Service.
The first thing o noticed When I received my dress was the ribbon on the dress that said in bold letters
WE WIll NOT TAKE RETURNS IF THUS RIBBON US CUT.
I WEnt to return the dress. Ribbon was intact. And I was denied my refund.
They accused me of wearing the dress which would be impossible since the ribbon was not cut. They said dress was dirty and there was a bit pet fur on it. However the dress was never worn. I had only tried it on in my house.
Needless to say Mac Duggal has horrible customer service. I would not recommend ordering their products online or even bringing them to your home to try on.
There are plenty of better dress designers on the market who put their customers first. Especially customers who follow the designers rules when returning the dress.

Great company
This is the second time that I order from this company. Their dresses are beautiful, great quality. But most importantly is their customer service. Twice I had an issue and twice they responded and helped me out. Great..great..great! It’s the first company I go to when I have an event.

The dresses I ordered are absolutely beautiful! Sadly, they do not fit my figure correctly and I dud not have time for alterations, so I had to return them. So, far Mac Duggal Has been super responsive, helpful and great about my exchange and return process.

Best customer service and gorgeous dresses
I ordered two dresses to try on for an upcoming black tie event. I loved them both, but one did not fit as I would had liked so I had to return it. Due to travel, I missed the return window and contacted MD directly - they gave me amazing service and worked with me to find a solution. Excellent service and a beautiful product
