Placed an order on Black Friday
Placed an order on Black Friday. The parcel was delivered according to the UPS tracking information, but I didn't receive anything. Customer service was unreachable through WhatsApp, email, or Facebook Messenger. Managed to talk to a customer support employee on the phone, she promised to start an investigation, keep me posted through email, and refund me in case the package is lost. A week has passed, and I haven't heard back from MAC.
