Great Absorbency
At last a towel which actually dries you and does not spread cold globules of water around your body. Wish I had discovered these sooner. It was a JL reviewer who gave me the name. They are thick, soft and wash well and good that they are made in Portugal. Would highly recommend them. Thank you Macavri

Missing towels
I ordered 2 bath towels but they took a while to arrive. On enquiry I discovered there was a problem with the delivery company who had returned the towels to the company HOWEVER a charming lady assured me she would dispatch them immediately with another carrier and they arrived within 36 hours.
Excellent product, excellent service. Will be coming back again.

Our system shows that you requested we cancel your order on 19/11 due to you selecting the wrong colour of towels. A refund was initiated immediately but was put on hold and subsequently cancelled by PayPal. This is very frustrating but unfortunately we have no control over our payment aggregators' refund process.
Due to the urgency of your situation, I can see that our customer service team made an exception and directly transferred your refund to you on 26/11 so that you wouldn't have to wait any longer for PayPal to reprocess your refund.

Macavri gave me excellent service when my parcel was mislaid. They tracked down where it had gone and kept me informed. The towels are excellent - thick and fluffy. I am so pleased with them that I am going to put in another order!

There was a mix up with the delivery of the order so it took a while. When I washed the towels, they became really hard and changed completely so I am not sure I will be using them. One thing though is that the customer care (Olivia) was very responsive and very helpful.

Towels need special care to keep them soft, and using fabric softener, too much detergent, over-drying, or even simply not tumble drying can cause temporarily hard towels.

Another repeat order
This is a repeat order as I was very happy with the first set of towels I bought.
These are excellent towels and I will be getting more. Although just the everyday ones they are soft, thick and absorbent and do not shed any fluff.
Delivery was quick and ordering simple with Apple Pay on the website.
More colours are apparently on their way although dark grey works well enough in our bathroom.
