Website stated it was giving away a free tote bag if you spent so much, so I spent more to get the bag, when the order was delivered no bag was in the parcel.
I have contacted customer service and had no response.

The free tote bag promotion required the item to be manually added to the basket via the pop‑up that appeared on screen once the qualifying spend was reached, which is why it unfortunately wasn’t included in your order.

Our customer care team operates Monday–Friday between 9am–3pm, and your message was received after 3pm on Friday, so it was picked up on the next working day. Lovely company to deal with , had an issue with a changing in mat , no faults of the company clearly manufacturing issue. Mabel & Fox dealt with the issue straight away would definitely buy from them again and recommend.
