Careful - unacceptable return policy

Expensive high quality product with unaccepatable return policy. Return of of-the-shelfs product is possible only within 14 days and only within the same fiscal year (never heard before). In order not to accept the return, the even invented a wrong delivery date. Never again.

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We would like to clarify that our return policy provides for a 20-day right of withdrawal, which is longer than the 14 days required by European regulations.

Your order was placed on December 14th and delivered on December 20th, as you can verify via the UPS tracking. Your contact for the return of the winder kit was on March 19th, which is 3 months after delivery, well beyond our 20-day return period.

Great product and great customer service

We have order this product for our Volcano Complex for outside terrace. Communication from begining was great! We had some issues with invoice, but Honorata was som helpfull! She fixed everything, gave us some good advice. So everything was very smooth. Thank you Maanta and especially big Thanks to Honorata!

Very satisfied Maanta customer in Ireland!

I recently purchased a 5x5m furling sail shade awning from Maanta and am a very satisfied customer!
From the start to the end, Francesca was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Her guidance and recommendations helped me to select the best materials that are suitable for my location near the sea in Ireland and the configuration of my house. I chose the breathable Meshnet sail to avoid water build up due to the low incline at the site, and the cool looking Ulisse sail posts which are sturdy and non-intrusive.

The information on the Website plus the excellent tutorials and guides gave me the confidence to install the furling sail shade awning myself which saved significant costs compared to other quotes.

Cost wise, the Maanta furling sail shade awning was much more competitive than other suppliers and the quality of the materials and components is excellent. From an engineering standpoint I was very impressed with the quality, precision and robustness of the Furler unit and swivel bearing which are made from solid Stainless steel.

Andrea took care of the packaging and shipping. The lead time was just a few days and everything was delivered on time and on the date I had requested.

In summary, I am very happy with the furling sail shade awning from Maanta and can highly recommend Maanta based on their excellent service, quality of materials, competitive price and ease at which I was able to install the product myself.
