Deliveries are in time, have not had a fault product yet!

I strongly advise against this store!!! I ordered two identical items and paid the invoice from the store, which constituted a sales contract. A few days later, the store wrote that they could only ship one item; for the second one, I would have to pay more or get a refund. I agreed to receive one item and get a refund for half of the amount paid. I received the item, but the refund was late and the amount was less than what I had paid. The store violated the sales contract and committed fraud in the money transfer.

Order got cancelled and the product page got removed. Very misleading shop that only wastes everyone's time. Do not buy from this shop at all costs.

I had purchase a order with only one thing. and it said to arrive to 2-3 days. Now its over 12 days. and they are being stuipid in a way like this.
This was over the 2-3 days btw

Me: "Okay, do you have the tracking Number?"
M79: "Sorry we cant send the tracking number because we dont have it"

I really recomend not to buy anything from this store, Its a waste of stress,mental pain,money and time.
Its a stuipid company with stuipid people.

I ordered a product with a promised delivery time of 8 business days. After 8 days — no information at all. I sent three emails and received no response. Only after calling did I find out the supplier had not delivered the item to the store. I was then asked to pay a higher price and wait at least another 7 business days. I refused, and I still have not received my refund.

Very poor communication and misleading delivery information. Do not recommend.

Cancels order saying item unavailable, check on shop item in stock with a raised price

I've been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks even tho they told me that ill get my parcel in 7 working days. Also what i want to mention that 2 weeks shipping was from Riga to Daugavpils and its only 220 km away. Im getting parcels from AliExpress faster than the m79. I will never buy from them again because right now im waiting for another pacel and its been already 10 days since i payed for my parcel.

I've paid for my item, it's been nearly 3 weeks. The support doesn't reply to my email, and nobody picks up the phone. I've called them 6 times at different times of the day. Not a single reply.

Scam!!! Sell not existing products. Takes money an cancel orders after. Beware of this shop!!!
Terrible service. The store regularly insists on prepayment, refusing to allow cash payment upon pickup. After receiving a cashless payment, it often turns out the item is out of stock.

Ok I ordered a product from this website, which cost 255 and they mentioned loan, I select that and it was directing me to something else I called this customer support almost 20 times and hold on the line more 15 min no one picked the call, terrible customer service, sending emails pretty much no response, as a customer its important that Im making a purchase from a legit site, it feels like Im buying product from a scam site with poorly managed, I think im cancelling my order its impossible to deal with such website with terrible customer support, they should fire everyone in the customer support, please never buy anything from this site.fun fact they cancelled my first order then in 5 min the price increased to 261

I ordered headphones that were listed as in stock for 125. Few days later I receive an email saying they are not in stock BUT they are in stock for 140 in another warehouse...

Terrible service and complete customer neglect — very disappointed with m79.lv

I bought a laptop from m79.lv almost two years ago. After just two months, the SSD failed — I returned it under warranty and it was replaced. A year and a half later, the same issue happened again: blue screen, the computer stopped working. I took it in under warranty, and after a week I was told the "drive is empty." Of course it's empty — the computer doesn't even recognize it. No one could explain how it suddenly became empty.

I asked them to check the SSD and replace it, and also to reinstall Windows. They agreed. Then came two more weeks of silence — I had to send dozens of emails, and either got excuses about "delays" or was completely ignored.

Finally, after three weeks, I was told I could pick up the laptop. I went there — nothing had been done, SSD wasn't replaced, Windows wasn't installed, they just returned it in the same condition. The service is unbelievably bad. I had to leave the laptop again and now go back for the third time. It's completely absurd.

A total disappointment, wasted time, stress, and a complete lack of responsibility. I definitely do not recommend m79.lv — unless you enjoy endlessly running in circles and being humiliated trying to get even basic warranty service.

Complete lie about delivery time. The item was paid for in advance, a month has passed, but the delivery time is still unclear. You can wait for your order for months!

Delivery time won't be as shown. No comunication with clients. When two expect order not shure event after three weeks.

Company lies about delivery time until they get money. When you pay the invoice suddenly the right info comes and if before money transfer delivery time was 7 days, after transfer it 9, but also in 9 days you don’t receive any goods. Don’t answer to emails and phone calls.

They indeed are sketchy. Order was placed Monday afternoon.. delivery time 1-2 days.. Thursday received email that parcel is handed to delivery driver.. Of course no tracking number and nobody picks up helpline. So, will try to call them again today, but most likely visit them today or Monday..

Steer clear. Very bad customer service. Purchased 2 items. 1st item an LG TV and 2nd item an asus Router. Both failed immediately. Takes over a month to get repair and refund. The customer is always wrong when you talk to them. They will exaggerate how long repair takes then refund you only after you threaten trading standards and negative reviews. Please don't use this company.
