Extensive choice. Excellent service (Brandon). Very informative. Not in any way a “pressure” situation. If delivery etc. turns out to be as good as the selling, then a really good experience overall.

We were looking for a new bed for my mother. We wanted a low divan with drawers, as she isn't very tall, Found the Valore beds on the M6 Bed Warehouse website. The showroom had everything on display, so she could try the bed for height. Lots of swatches and headboards for her to pick from, so she could get everything as she wanted. The staff are lovely, Louis and Michelle were really helpful.
Delivery was so fast, ordered on the Saturday, bed was custom-made and delivered to our home the following Friday, so under a week. Delivery guys were great too, carried the bed upstairs and removed the old bed.

It's local to us, the showroom is very big and well laid out. We wee able to try plenty if mattresses to find the right one.
Both members of staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We were also given free delivered collection of our old matress. We were very pleased with our visit

Brilliant service from start to finish! The show room in Winnington is lovely and had loads of different options in store. Michelle in store was fantastic at helping us find exactly what we needed. Delivery was efficient and our new bed looks great and is so comfy. Much better service than using a big national company and more cost efficient too, due to the low cost of M6 taking our old bed away to recycle.

There was a great choice of beds .Michele was very knowledgeable which helped us with our decision and recommended exactly the right bed for us but at the same time gave us privacy so we didn't feel pressured or under any obligation. We found her to be a great help we weren't rushed and are very happy with the bed we purchased . The service all round was excellent . We will be recommending this company to family and friends

A member of staff was willing to come to our home to check whether the bed would fit .
When delivered the headboard was missing so a member of staff used own vehicle to go and collect it .

A fantastic local company who sell a vast range of quality beds and mattresses to suit all price ranges. The staff (especially Michelle at the Northwich store) are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They ensure that the mattress you buy is the one for you, by asking a range of questions and getting you to try different ones.
The delivery service and the installation of your new bed is very professional and they even take away and recycle your old bed !
I would definitely use M6 bed warehouse again and I can highly recommend this company.

We went to The M6 Bed Warehouse to initially scope out ranges and prices of a replacement mattress.

We were met by and engaged with Lynn who was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire range of beds from budget to high-end. She listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction with a number of price options. We were invited to try all the mattresses we were considering and were left to our own devices without any "Hard Sell". This entire approach led us to deciding to place our business with Lynn and The M6 Bed Warehouse.

Once we had narrowed down our choices, we asked Lynn for advice and insight into what she thought would work best for us. She outlined pros and cons of our shortlist, including guarantees, differing constructions, delivery timescales and firmness ratings, even stating that the new mattress would initially feel a little firmer than the demonstration models but would soften once in use.

This brought us to a straight choice between two similarly priced mattresses from 2 different manufacturers. After further detailed discussions with Lynn, we made our choice, she smiled and agreed that both choices were good but the eventual choice was sound, she was genuinely pleased that we were happy.

We were then told that delivery of the new mattress and disposal of our old mattress was all included in the price, a nice surprise. Lynn also secured an additional discount as a promotion is due to start next week.

We placed our order, (Order Number 87811) paid a 10% deposit, shook hands and left. The entire process was a great example of superb customer service throughout.

What a pleasure my experience was today, Brandon was extremely helpful and made buying my Matress such an easy purchase. I was moving house tomorrow and he even delivered personally within the hour. 5 star showroom. 5 star service thanks for everything today. Lee

We have used this company before so based on the excellent service we received previously they were our go to company purchase 2 new beds. We were served by Oliver, who is one of the Company Directors. After we gave him an overview of what we required he gave us a very detailed overview of what products he felt matched our requirements. He then left us alone for a while so we could discuss what was on offer. At no time were we put under any pressure. We then reconvened to discuss in more detail our requirements and finalise our order. Oliver has been in the business for 25 years and has a very detailed knowledge of the bed and mattress markets. The price was very competitive and we felt we had had exceeded our expectations from visiting The M6 Bed Warehouse.

Lynn gave a very professional attentive service. She, and all the other team members, were friendly and welcoming. Having done my research thoroughly beforehand, she listened and gave appropriate advice regarding the options,ensuring plenty of time to consider these.

Fabulous time testing out all the mattresses, given lots of professional advise and information , left to enjoy our experience before we decided which mattress we wanted , totally recommend The M6 Bed Warehouse.
