Gun arrived on time but did work. The gun's magazine would not load the chamber with the gel balls.
I emailed customer support for weeks without a response. I also call the customer support phone line and left several messages, and I never received a call back.
I would avoid this gun and company.
Well stated apology but its like a company giving you a $475.00 kick-in-the-Ass and then saying excuse me. This does not fix or address the issue of providing the customer with a replacement or a refund. Simple apology, not accepted!

Totally happy with my experience
The order was sent out immediately, and I received the blaster within 10 days. Customer service was very quick at answering emails. Blaster works flawlessly. I would recommend this shop 10 times over.

Amazing Airsoft Company
This is an amazing company to buy airsoft guns from. Two weeks ago (10th July 2025) I ordered the HK416 blaster. A week into the parcel being shipped I had an issue but a staff member named Aimee helped me fix the problem. Two weeks after buying it (24th July 2025), it arrived at my house, which is in the UK. The quality of package itself was great too. This has led me to give this company a well deserved 5 stars!

Not a scam
When I bought the blaster, shortly after I read all those comments the website being a scam and almost panicked. So I contacted aimee, who helped me a ton. Sent me tracking numbers, updates and what not and all the super fast. The tracking took quite long, but finally the weapon came to me after about 1 month.
What made this transaction great was the correspondance with aimee. Absolutely awesome, second to none! 10 stars for aimee!

expecting more for the money
My Son was really looking forward to to this gel blaster. It looks great and does work however the scope, arm sling and muzzle stand all broke off with light use on the first day. battery is good and has descent life.

Quality Worthy
I bought both colors and I will buy 2 more, my daughter (she’s 20) and my husband (he’s 44) plays too much with them! I guess 🤔 they think they are 10 years old. Honestly great quality a little expensive for what I thought, but absolutely worth it. Shipping time is around 2 weeks, but anyway I was happy 😊
