M1 Coolgeekdesign 

Bought a vintage vinyl Disk player VS-01 in July of 2025, Received 7 weeks later. Ship out from China with an unaccurate shipping number. I freek out, after paying over 1600$ca. Contact (0 efficient) customer service with an extrême lack of help, ask to patiently wait. After receiving the package, use it for less than a month, then never turn on. Try to contact the non existing customer service, at first, ask for photos and vidéos captures, then vanish, with no updates. So I am stick with a non functional unit. DON’T BUY from this Company!!!

The M1 seems to work and it looks pretty cool. The problem is, I can't get it to pair with any of my Bluetooth speakers or headphones and I've gotten no response from their customer support people at CoolGeeks. Also, the headphone output sounds pathetic. Lots of distortion if you drive it hard. I did manage to get it working with my BluSound Node but, that's all.
I'm even more disappointed in "Trustpilot". All I see are 1 star reviews yet CoolGeeks get a 2.3 rating. ? Are you bad at math or something?

CD player does not connect to either of my wireless speaker systems. Where is the customer service? I’d like to return system and be refunded.
Absolutely do not recommend this equipment or the organisation - a misnomer - behind it. PH, Sweden,

CD M1 player is cutesy piece of junk!
Loud squeak emits constantly from player, but not through my speaker. Multiple cds play perfectly on another player, but M1 randomly does not play tracks even though the counter increments. Then many tracks later, starts playing again. Contacted customer support many times, NEVER got any response. SUPPORT NONEXISTENT!!! Spend you hard earned money with a reputable company.

echoing the above. very poor (ie.non-existent) customer service. Productt proved faulty and nowhere to turn. avoid at all costs, you have been warned.

CD player faulty, skips with multiple CDs. Contacted customer service multiple times wanting to return and refund. No replies. No phone number, even the address isn’t showing Cool Geek. Worrying as it is very difficult to place a review or find written reviews, just paid YouTube stuff.

Ordered the CD player and received in good time is a nice piece of kit. That's as good as it gets. The dust cover for the front was missing and upon contacting them, was informed that it did not come with the cover and it would have to be purchased separately. This is despite all advertising and their own website stating it was included and all photos and videos showing it. After complaining, was informed they would send one. That was two weeks ago and the tracking shows nothing more than label created...in China. This company seems like a scam. Avoid. Also, not sure how prior to this review there was one review giving 1 star and yet the rating was 3.2 stars!

Backed this company for their CD player on Kickstarter. Product was due in March. Was originally delayed due to production issues - they then posted generic shots of a factory assembly line as an ‘update’ of the products being assembled. Further delays with shipment until mine was eventually delivered (I was lucky - the Kickstarter comments have people whose orders haven’t arrived or gone missing) only to find the Perspex dust protector for the front of the product was missing. They then said they were being damaged in transit, yet now appear for sale on their website. And they have made no attempt to do right by the backers and have gone radio silent. Absolute fraud of a company - avoid.
