I have ordered 8 times now, so obviously I love the shirts. Good quality material and printing. I get the standard shirts and they might fit a tad small, but are fairly stretchy, so I order my normal size.

One shirt in my most recent order had a bit of a problem so I sent a message through the website. This was on a Sunday mind you. They got back to me in a matter of hours, and are sending a replacement free of charge, no return necessary. You have a permanent customer and I recommend Moonshot all the time!

Shirts look great online. When they didn't arrive I only had to pay shipping to get them resent. When they still didn't arrived they tried to blame porch pirates. I have a ring camera and multiple other deliveries each week - that is not what happened. I think they gave the delivery service the wrong address and won't admit it. Still don't have them and they wont respond.

Great customer service! Love the shirt quality and design. I had initially ordered the wrong size and they had the correct size shipped my way immediately after my exchange request.

They send the most fitted shirt possible. Bella shirts are made in a female style. I know because my wife's work uses them. Then they make it your fault that they use cheap shirts and make you pay to return it. 🗑️ Company.

I’ve ordered from these folks a few times. The tees are very good quality and the themes are always a lot of fun to shop. Twice now, I had to ask for something after I already put in my order. They got back to me quickly and found a way on both occasions to get me what I wanted! Above and beyond. I will do all my fun teeshirt shopping with Moonshot!

I loved the selection of ideas. Many of the takes on classic movies and TV are great. I also love the vintage baseball prints. I had ordered 4 shirts and unfortunately did not double check my work before submitting. I accidentally ordered my Daddy Greene's Pizza shirt as a S. I wrote a quick email to customer service explaining my screw up and asking what my options were for exchange. Anthony hooked me up and offered me a replacement for shipping cost only. Hooked me as a customer for life.

The shirts were fine, but the customer service was literally amazing. They aren't kidding when they say they want you to like the product. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I initially ordered a shirt that did not fit for the Fourth of July. I needed to make a return and get a new shirt quickly before the holiday and their team went above and beyond to correct the size issue and get me a shirt in time. They were also very responsive With every email. Would order from them again.

responsive / generous: I bought my normal size (large) which ended up being a bit snug; contacted mOOnshot, providing my order / sku #'s, asking about exchange options (to XL); was immediately offered free XL replacement with me only having to pay $6 shipping (and me keeping original shirt!)

I purchased the 'Skipper's 3 hour tours' (Gilligan's Island), black sweatshirt, and love it! Great printing, and very comfortable!

Recently purchased a holiday Xmas shirt from m00nshot website. Interface was easy and checkout was quick. Fast delivery and responsive customer support. Will buy again !!!

These people are bad news!

I received a gift of T-Shirts with fun minor league team names. Unfortunately, the sizing is wildly inaccurate for the US market. I received my normal size of medium, but the shirts are more like extra small/small.

I contacted the company to ask if they would do an exchange, as this was the second time I have received a gift of shirts, and the last ones I couldn't enjoy and gave away.

They responded after a few days with a question. I then answered the question and that led to absolute silence on the company's part. I have emailed them 4 times now asking if they will help me, and there is ZERO response.

It is the worst type of treatment. As if I don't even exist as a customer.

My recommendation is to find you fun t-shirts elsewhere, because if you have any problem with your order, you'll likely be stuck with it.

Addendum: Shortly after writing this review, the company responded to my original issues, and solved my problem. I don’t know if the timing was coincidental to my review. I’m grateful for their efforts, but their customer service was severely lacking.

I recently ordered a Vintage Baseball Teams T-Shirt. It was on the pricey side for me, but similar to what one would spend on a concert tee shirt.
The material is of an amazing quality.
The size I ordered didn’t quite fit right. I was sent a new shirt at no cost; outstanding customer service! Would recommend!

The quality of the tee shirt I ordered was garbage for the price. The shirts do rub on the small side. I love the logo of the old baseball team. It was a gift for my adult son but because of the inferior quality - and I ordered the “upgraded” material - I cannot give it to him with a good feeling.

We ordered three shirts and loved the unique designs. However, one shirt was too small and we wanted to exchange it for a larger size. Their website does indicate that the shirts run small--our bad. So we were willing to pay for shipping. We found that the only way to contact them was through their website and four queries went unanswered. We seem to be stuck with the shirt now.
Update: m00nshot kindly replied to this review. I was then able to reach them through "store at m00nshot.com" email and they sent me a new shirt of the correct size.

Great quality shirts and design, and awesome customer service (fast, and very happy with the outcome). My only issue is I didn't love the men's fit as it was different from other standard men's cuts in a way that didn't flatter me...but I'm female (I generally prefer the men's cut to the women's). For men, it's perfect. And there was zero hassle in returning it, so it's all a win.

It's so hard to find unique items in today's big box world, so when I found Moonshot, I was beyond giddy. The 80's shirts, in particular, are my favorite. So much so, that my Lane Myer shirt was starting to wear (no fault of the shirt.. I have small children who tug and pull), and I needed another. When I bought the 2nd one, it was much larger than the original. I'm not sure why. And when I went to exchange for a smaller size, they just said to keep the old one and they'd send a new size. Woot! So now I'll use the other for my sister's gift. Great service all around. Thanks, ya'll!

The quality and variety of shirts is great! Customer service was very responsive and helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong shirt size recently. I highly recommend m00nshot!!
