Pocket Option Trading Platform is not a profitable platform. It feels more like gambling than trading as I am not in control of the trade. The platform's timer is in control. I would definitely NOT recommend this platform at all. I've lost more than I've won on this platform. Even if you try and follow the trend, the timer will setbyou in a loss most of the time. And it really doesn't matter what timeframe you use

I have deposited 100 USD to them on Thursday using bank transfer which claims to be deposited after 15 mins but my deposit did not show on my account I immediately asked for support and after 3 days now investigation is still not completed. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed, they could hold your fund for more than 3 days without any reasonable explanation.

I have also contacted their support with my transaction records for 5 days and they decide to ignore it and stall the payment or refund. AVOID DEPOSITING AND USING THIS COMPANY. IT IS FRAUD AND SCAM.

So I used pocket option, I put 100$ n turned it to 350$ in on day, so I tried to withdraw it n they asked for a selfie and id to verify who I was, I tried like 3 times n they kept denying me saying the selfie didn’t approve, but the 4th time it worked n they sent my money with in a hr of the approval, other then that I haven’t had a problem, support helped me n was useful, not sure about bigger withdrawals but all I can say is they gave me my money ,

They manipulate you by wining first and then they steal all your money. Scammer . I don’t recommend to use this platform. I lost over £20k in this platform

It is extremely disappointing to deal with such unethical practices. They operate like real scammers. Their only aim is to pump money from clients, and their relationship managers deliberately advise and convince customers to take highly risky trades, leading to heavy losses. The guidance provided is clearly manipulated to benefit the platform, not the client. This behavior is misleading, exploitative, and completely unacceptable. I reported the matter and got assistance I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days. seek help if you can. Based on this ordeal, my advice to prospective clients is to avoid this platform.

I deposited money on this platform and when its time to withdraw they keep asking me to verify my selfie. Which entails a Pic of myself ID(which the already verified) on its own a pie of paper with words 'trade verify' and my signature. They respond after 24 or 48 hours saying its not clear and give same instruction every time. I have submitted this paper at least 5 times since the 24th.

Pocket Option is extremely unreliable and fraudulent. They expect you to make a profit, then lock your account and steal your earnings.

Don't use this platform, I have used it, win money (double my account) and 2 weeks after they banned me because I didn't respect rules!!! The rule 2.9 say, you win you can be banned without reason, they are only judge!!!
In fact they only want losers and scammer...

I have never experience so many bad things with a broker, as i do with PO. Im there since 2019 as even the first moderator. Build a lot with the old admins. Since there is a new Head of custom the atmosphear changed very bad for the moderators. there is no respect for them. This morning i have writen this in the moderator chat, and after that she banned me and removed the VIP badge and moderator badge. Imagine all those years work for them, and one new Head of custom can screw it all. I have now words. This was posted in that chat : Good morning Bo, since you are playing ostrich politics and not responding to me in DMs, I’ll do it here. From day one, I have always been a backup for the moderators in our team, even before your time, but that is a fact. Since you became head of custom, I’ve noticed that many things are going in a negative direction regarding the moderators. You write that this week, as a thank you, the rewards will be given in risk frees. That makes many moderators happy. You can see that some even depend on it. So why are fewer risk frees being distributed instead of just one-to-one? I see this as a show of power, which makes no sense. As if you have to pay out of your own pocket. This really doesn’t look like gratitude. Are you getting more benefits from this one-time risk free? It makes no sense at all. And look at the show of power you’ve shown me. I came back to give it one more chance, and what do you do? I’ve been here for almost two weeks, and what is my share? From 300 ULT per week, giving me a risk free of 10 yesterday?! Shame!!! Also, the selfie verification for mods has made no sense since you became head of it. If your withdrawal method is the same, what is there to verify? In your time, the mods just had to send me a DM and I would have sorted it out for them. All strange abuse of power. Also, it's nice to be congratulated and get something on your birthday. I always received 250 dollars on my birthday. Okay, a large amount, but how nice is it if mods get a ULT of 50 when they're birthday? I used to have a list; we can do that again now. I’ll DM the PA and have it distributed. This way, you get much more appreciation and we have a well-motivated team. At the moment, you are demotivating a lot of mods, and that’s a shame. Let's hope for 2026, but please not this way anymore.

Update Jan 2, 2026: The company contacted me asking to stop messaging them instead of fixing the $1,000 glitch. I have officially replied and rejected their attempts to silence me. The world needs to know about the 01:28:25.838 millisecond error."

Update Jan 2: After escalating my $1,000 refund request, the company has now restricted my ability to speak in the public chat until Jan 7. They are trying to hide the truth about the technical glitch at 01:28:25.838 from other traders."

I would like to write review so other don’t suffer for same issue I’ve got , usually I don’t do it but they force me to . After 2 years I am trying to learn trading , I become successful in time and want it to withdraw money , first they sent small amount no problem . When I want it to withdraw more , their id verification system is stoping you from doing so . It’s been several days of identifying as I’ve all the documents needed to verify that only myself using account , they are lied 24-48 hours for internal verification.. well it didn’t happen still waiting on their slow support to do so , I am going to write you the lowest review everywhere and report you everywhere !!! Simply when you taking money you don’t ask but just take , when you have to give money ? You start asking docs , even so still no money are coming so you are truly scamming people I hope your platform will be closed and people won’t use anymore , you are fraud !!!

This broker is a complete scam. I deposited via USDT instantly, but when I wanted to leave, they forced me to trade up to a $50 minimum limit. After I finally requested a withdrawal, they stalled for days (even though USDT takes minutes) and then today they simply REJECTED my $51 withdrawal request. Their support chat is likely a bot and provides no help. They are unregulated and rely on influencers to lure people into their referral schemes. Do not deposit here; you won't get your money back.

I deposited 1000 INR for trading on December 7th, but to this day, not a single penny has been credited to my trading wallet. This is a huge fraud. I made the payment to the address you provided, but you are not verifying it, and you are treating your traders very unfairly. I am sharing the transaction ID and proof of payment with you. If you don't take action, I will share my proof on Trustpilot and expose this trading platform as a fraud. I have also sent all the documents to your email, but you are not trustworthy. If you were trustworthy, my trading balance would have been credited by now.

Iv read a lot of reviews both positive and negative and I have to say I can’t see the issue so far ( as of 17/12/2025) Iv started with an investment of £350 and have slowly grown my account. Iv requested a small withdrawal one via BTC and one via USDT.. the BTC was paid out instantly and I have requested the other one today to say it’s been processed. Simon sure what the negative reviews are about. Yes you will lose trades and you will win some, that’s life for you..keep

Unbelievable Fake!!!! As soon as you set your Trade the Manipulation starts!!! Then you see how the charts are changing in direction and behaviour!!!??? The best Thing are the last second losses or losses by 1 point!!!!? So i can say after years of trying(only small Amount !!)this Fake Broker its 100% Scam!!!!!

One of the many to have made money only for it not to be paid, I don't even know why I am writing this because I didn't listen even though everyone was screaming about how bad pocket option are, I just listened to all the people that appeared to be making money out of pocket option and thought I would get a slice of the pie. Sadly the only people that got a slice of the Pie was pocket option. Pocket option, their affiliates and the scammers are the only ones really making money. Looking for a good law firm to pursue them even if it costs me more than I lost

yes i was also scammed i deposited money and converted into 17x but when it was time to withdraw my money they blocked my account with funds. Its been 6 month i tried to get back my funds but they blocked permantly it is front page scam do not invest your money there.

I was all scammed and lost money. My take out requests have been cancelled severally.
