I would give them negative stars or at least a zero, if possible. I had to gift some ethnic gifts to colleagues and ordered some jewelry online and was sent pieces of painted plastic junk. There isn’t a camera in the world that can photograph that garbage to look the way it did on the website, which implies that the product images are either digitally generated or HEAVILY altered. And worse, I was forced to pay almost twice the amount of the original bill just for the SHIPPING, and the gall of these people, that exorbitant amount wasn’t even refunded. Then they run around in circles with dead-end automatic emails and a customer support that can’t be reached anyway. Two months of writing to them later, and still no full refund. Stay as FAR away as you can. It’s a fkin scam.

Please don't buy from this company. They deliver damaged goods and bad quality due to that they have 7 day return policy. Very bad customer service. I will never ever recommend them again.

My experience with Mirraw has been highly distressing. I ordered £207 worth of clothing, but upon receiving the items, I discovered they were the wrong size. Following Mirraw's protocol, I returned the items, incurring an additional £40 cost for recorded and tracked delivery. Throughout the process, I diligently informed Mirraw and provided all necessary details.

As I tracked the delivery, I was aware of the item's location. Upon confirmation of delivery to Mirraw, I contacted them for a refund update. Despite providing tracking evidence that the items had been received, Mirraw claimed otherwise and requested that I remove an unspecified dispute.

This process extended over nearly three months, causing significant frustration. While £207 is a considerable amount for me, the customer service I received was appalling. However, once I contacted the CEO, my refund was processed almost immediately, revealing that there were no real issues with the refund.

This ordeal caused me significant stress and disrupted my plans, as I could not achieve the look I desired for a special occasion. I would not recommend Mirraw to anyone unless they are absolutely certain they will not need to return any items.

The service I experienced was terrible and deeply disappointing.

It was one of my worst shopping experiences ever. After placing my order, I received a small-sized, low-quality kurta. I've been emailing for almost two months, but I haven't received an answer yet.Hard lesson learned never to purchase anything again 😢

All of the bad reviews about this company are true. Unfortunately, I did not see them before I made multiple purchases. Initially, you would think you're going to get great service because they respond to your emails and work with you regarding custom stitching. However, if there's a problem with your order, they will not accept accountability because they don't want to refund your money. I ordered a 2 piece custom stitched Lehenga skirt and top set and paid extra for custom stitching and was in communication with the stitching team back and forth regarding the measurements and their recommendations. Before shipping, Mirraw even sent an email saying that everything passed their quality inspection and was ready for shipping. However, when I received my order, it was 2 pieces of unstitched fabric, one was not enough yardage to sew into a top.
After more than a week of writing a complaint email, they offered to refund the $5 custom stitching and give me a 10% discount. That is just for 1 product.

Other products were not anything like the photos on their website. They were cheaper versions. I ended up ordering from another company.

Biggest scam Mirraw.com. I ordered a jewellery set (necklace +earrings) for international delivery. I paid the shipping charges . The order was dispatched and I received an email of delivery of my parcel but i never received the order. After chasing them through emails they asked me to pay again for delivery I denied as it was not my fault and after almost a month of discussion I asked for a refund but they did not agree rather agreed to send my parcel again. This time the same cycle repeated. Long wait and email of delivery notification but parcel is not received. They don’t/ can’t trace back what is happening or atleast don’t inform me and agin when contacted asked me pay again the delivery which obviously i denied. As it has been more than 3 months now me chasing them, i got no refund, havnt received my order or any commmunication from them.

Mirraw.com is Cheaters. International customers pls be aware. They will leave you hanging and chasing and frustated. They tobbed my money and also my precious time and energy. What a waste !!

I ordered a Lehenga from Mirraw. It was just perfect; whatever I saw in the pictures was completely the same. I also want to mention about stitching; it was a great fit and options for making it the bigger sizes ( it's for the top part)
I highly recommend their online platform such an amazing platform for ordering our traditional outfits.

I spoke to a very polite and helpful friendly young man called arfaat the stitching team contacted me the very next day I would say the experience was excellent and would like arfaat to be recognised for the excellent service he provided thankyou arfaat god bless you for such an efficient

I ordered jewellery for my sister, order was delivered on time as mentioned. I was worried about the quality but that seemed fairly good too, my sister liked it.

Taken all money but only delivered partial order. Mirraw are not refunding me for remaining 2 items nor are they sending to me. This is despite the many times I have contacted them and many false assurances I have had from them now that they will resolve immediately....

Do not buy ready made outfit as they won’t give you a refund if you want to return. They said that is the size you choose so tough. The outfit I bought was of poor quality. Awful customer service, I won’t be using them again

Horrible Experience shopping with Mirraw. They will make lots of excuses to get a refund when you refuse to take the product and they will never approve the refund. The delivery driver won't be able to locate the address even though you have mentioned the correct address. Their website or app is worst. The product prices seems way higher than the original cost looking at the quality or style as we get the same product in Myntra or Ajio in much lower prices. It's just that those sites don't deliver internationally. Customer service will completely blame you for not giving correct address and hence will not approve the refund process. I waited for 3 months to get one product and it was lost of money and lost of time with lots of inconvenience caused by the company. This company should be permanently closed.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I placed my order - but when I tried to contact them and their shippers to amend the delivery date I was ubale to do so. The result was that whilst I was abroad, their courier company left the package on the front door step on the street. They have a 7 day return clause which is unreasonable. I have tried to contact them regarding arranging a refund and have been unsuccessful. I would NEVER BUY ANYTHING from them again and would discourage anyone who is looking to buy from them. They are dishonest.

Ordered Anarkali silk complete set on Jan 21st, arrived with missing dupatta and bottom. Emailed Mirraw regarding this. They said on March 13 that they will redispatch and will share the tracking details within 48 hours. After that there has been no communication at all. No responses to any of my emails requesting for an update. Called them, but no one answers the phone. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. I have been chasing up for my refund for 4months now and still no response.i have tried messaging on Facebook, WhatsApp but no one replies.
I have begun to feel they are a dodgy company and have no values for customers. Im based in london so even have tried ringing the phone number which they have given , but no one answers it.
So BEWARE ! AND A WARNING that u may get your stuff but all the advertising about free returns isn't true because you point even get your money back.

This is a fraudulent company, it has been a month and I haven't received my lehnga.

I call every week and they keep telling me my lehnga is still being stitched.

I m so angry and upset with the how I keep getting fobbed off, with the same answer everytime I call.

The service is shocking.
And I won't be using Mirraw ever again.

I have been to India, and I know it doesn't take 4 weeks for a garment to be stitched.

The service has been awful and I m really upset as I needed my outfit for a special occasion.

Didn’t receive the order. On order tracking it results as delivered. Contacted Mirraw team but not helpful at all.just lost my money

Color is really radiant! Although the bottom is like pants, I'm going to use it to make a skirt. Other than that, it fits me wonderfully! The color is simply stunning! I'm really grateful to Mirraw; they are best and highly recommended!
