Horrible company. Sent wrong item, wrong color, wrong size and three months late. The only thing they did do was bill me and refuse any refund. DO NOT BUY from this company. I have had to hire a law firm to initiate litigation and I hope to have them barred from future imports in hopes of saving other people from this awful company.

Emailed over and over again and 3 different person emailed me asked me back asked to put the dress on and take a picture of it which I did all 3times . They're playing games !!! Save your money do not waste it on magbridal fake material fake dresses, whatever they have on their website isn't their work.

I wrote and asked them to advise of postal timing delivery and costs for my wedding dress. never received a reply. Bought the veil, paid for it. Then received a reply stating that had stopped the order as my card and the delivery name were different. They wanted a full explanation WHY. The veil was 25 USD and postage 50USD. ALSO wanted a copy of my PASSPORT AND CREDIT CARD TO PROVE who I was. I advised please cancel and I would purchase elsewhere as I always paid by PAYPAL. My explanation by email was I am currently on holidays and needed it to be sent to my friend. They then told me my IPS was not in the country of delivery and wanted a full explanation. I advised I had already explained and would no longer explain further. TOTALLY POOR COMMUNICATION and not reading and comprehending the explanation in the email... I ordered my wedding dress elsewhere in the few hours I had waited a reply and had excellent communication with the other company within the hour and also many emails to clarify. No issues with payment as I had paid by PAYPAL and have the other parties address on there... MAGBRIDAL TOTAL DISGRACE OF A COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND CERTAINLY NOT GETTING IT RIGHT IN A TIMELY MANOR. ALSO STATING THE BANK REJECTED MY PAYMENT AS A DIFFERENT DELIVERY NAME, WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE THIS FACILITY IN THEIR ORDER FORM...
