Making up rules as they go!
I made multiple transaction on this platform over the course of a few months directed by a broker and I saw some good gains. However, when I tried to withdraw my balance, the transaction would not go through after several attempts. When I contacted support they said that I could not withdraw my funds unless I made 100 trades or deposited $5,000 more. They determined that I had unknowingly violated some rule and each time I tried to withdraw funds they deducted points from my account score and now I had two lousy choices to get my money back. I asked for the rules to be sent to me. They said they were not written anywhere they were just baked into the platform. I do not trust them enough to give them more money and they will not give me my money back. I am really stuck. I requested a spread sheet of my transaction for tax purposes. They would not answer my request. Do not trust this platform!
