Rubbish Foundation stick
Bought a foundation stick that is supposed to go on white and change colour to your skin tone. It was rubbish. I expected it to be creamy and blend easily with the integrated brush, but it was thick and claggy and did not blend at all. I would not recommend to anyone

It's a scam - you get misled into over-ordering (my fault, even thouhg deliberately misleading), but then of course no reply when emailing to cancel, which I did well within the time period on their so-called Terms. Will cancel with my credit card payment

What a bunch of con artists, I got charged £46.33 instead of £16.00, also the items I received are usless they are defective (do not work). The email is usless, I have asked for my money back to return the items but no reply typical Chinese crap.

I ordered a set of the Santa Candy…
I ordered a set of the Santa Candy Bags. On 4th November 2025 i got a email saying my order has been shipped. ON the 16th November 2025 i got a email saying my goods has been delivered. I contacted them by email to let them know i have NOT recieved any goods from them. And i got sent a useless email. And whenever i email them, i get sent the same email. I HAVE NO ITEM, NO REFUND. And no way to COMPLAIN OR REPORT THEM I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
