Never received my oils and sent email after email they never got back to me!

On time and brilliant product

I received the wrong order, I ordered a car diffuser which didn't arrive and I ordered 100ml clean cotton and got sent 10ml, contacted them and still no response

Best oils on the market but delivery is slow.

I’ve tried many different oils and these by far are the best, as soon as you walk in the room you can smell them as with some I’ve found that you can’t and the different scents are exactly what they say they are.

I never usually leave reviews but am very disappointed with this company.

Unfortunately twice now I have ordered on their website and not recieved my orders. Money has been taken from my account but have recieved no email confirmation or order delivery update. You try to contact them on their website. No response! You try to call them. Contact number disconnected!
Email them, nothing! I will continue to reach out and chase these orders until I get a response
The first order was a couple years ago and I let it go as it was so long trying to chase and get a response . However this time I will be taking it further if I don’t get a response from them.
You can’t just take peoples money and not rectify the websites errors

received this is order leaking, went to smell the product and gave me an instant headache. asked for a refund but ignored my email.

My order was short of 5 bottles but Lyssium resolved the problem quickly and dispatched the missing bottles within two days. Problem was that they had not got 4 of the fragrances although on the website they were available. Many of the fragrances were ‘ no available stock’ which is a shame because they always used to have a wide variety of different fragrances.
I did order, for the first time, a car freshener but have found that I cannot detect any hint of it in my car so I won’t be ordering again, not value for the money !

Great quality oils and fast turnaround. Have used Lyssium for several years now and would recommend. The only thing that stops me buying more is the oils I need have been out of stock for ages - please restock them and I'll buy more!

I bought this fragrance nearly 2 years ago & then it was out of stock until a couple of weeks ago!! Made my Christmas 🥰

Bought the 20 piece mystery bag of sents and they are all absolutely lovely, made a few wax melts earlier and they smell incredible!! Delivery was very quick too which really helped making wax melts for Christmas!!

Sent the wrong order. Correct order eventually sent, so they say as I never received it and am nearly £30 out of pocket.
Evri delivered somewhere but not to me. Evri has admitted its all their fault, and told me to contact lyssium so both can liaise.
Lyssium have ignored all my emails, now the only route is going through my bank.
Had the correct order been sent the first time, I wouldn't be out of pocket and writing this now.
