Absolutely terrible customer service. Extremely slow to respond after electronic fault. Backordered parts, etc. Want my money back. These folks are running a scam

I would give negative stars if…
I would give negative stars if possible! Worst thing ive ever bought in my life. Spent almost 4k on a bike to have it not work after 200 miles of riding. And no replacement parts in stock its been 5 months andni believe they just stopped worrying about stocking parts since they dropped a newer version. Which also has issues. Do some real research b4 buying and wasting so much money. Amazon would be a better option in my opinion. I try to buy name brand quality stuff but for this case amazon wins. Lyric cycle is garbage company with no customer service skills

Warranty is a scam
The warranty is a scam. Won't actually replace parts and just blame you for the problem.
My bike was brick only after 2 months of recieving it. Which was 5 months late to begin with.
