After around an 18 month positive experience of Lyreco, standards have slipped. Our previous Account Manager Emma Jones was quick to reply to emails and was always on hand to answer any new product queries. Recently our account has moved to Ava Pascall. Despite being lovely to chat on the phone, she regularly fails to respond to emails or follow up on meeting actions.

My experience with Lyreco is second to none ! customer service, prices and delivery dates are impeccable. especially Natalie Watkins, who, I only have to email or call and she gets me the answer i need straight away,
Always willing to come in and have meetings and to standardise our products whilst saving money for my company. sustainable products also that we purchase and they always have sustainable alternatives. Very good indeed highly recommend

Sarah, Liam and the team always look after us, have been working with them for many years now and never any issues or if there is a problem it is quickly resolved. cannot praise Sarah Coulson enough goes above and beyond.

II have been using Lyreco for just over a year, with the help and support of Suli Rehman. Lyreco offers a great range of office supplies, with pretty much everything you need.

On the occasions when Lyreco doesn’t stock a particular item, Suli is always happy to help by finding a suitable alternative or sourcing the product elsewhere. His customer service and willingness to go the extra mile have made the whole experience really easy and positive.

My contact at Lyreco is Kerryanne Garratt, lovely lady, she always goes above and beyond to help or answer any queries I may have, she’s very helpful and professional in what she does and very competitive with prices. We are very happy with the service 😊

The variation of products available with this company is great, they are like the Woolworths of office supplies. Having a dedicated person dealing with your account is great. Kerry Garratt deals with our account and she goes over and above to provide quotes, great prices, speedy delivery when you run out of those essential items and regular emails advising of special offers. They have a reward scheme and the staff love it when every now and then cans of Coke or bags of Popcorn arrive with the regular order of cleaning products.

Our Account Manager Kerry Garratt has handled every request efficiently and on time. Every order placed has been a next day delivery.

Lyreco took great steps to ensure my account was firstly set up correctly, details for online purchasing and ease of its use. My account manager remains ever attentive, a diverse range of products and the service is pretty much next day on everything, told otherwise if not. Delivery drivers that arrive are friendly and professional... just a great all round service really - I'd recommend 100%

Applied for a new business account. They emailed to say opened with a credit line, but then asked for upfront payment in full for first order because of what is contained. Pointless waste of time. Especially when all items hugely over priced.

Excellent company to deal with, quality products and reasonabe prices with speedy delivery. Very seldom is there an issue with any order placed, however if I need to contact Lyreco our rep Kerry-Anne Garratt is exceptional, she will go above and beyond to resolve any issue and is my first point of contact if looking to order something I cannot source on the website.
