Truly the absolute best customer service I have ever received with any company! Sara, in particular, is a gem. She took more than 45min of her time to help me assess which size and color would fit me best. She was very accommodating, patient and so sweet! I would not buy swimwear from anywhere else but here! Truly top notch.

Oh my God. From quality to fit to fashion and style to their incredible customer service. If you need someone to work for you remotely I am in. I ordered a Sofia but a size too big. Contacted Lyra over IG to get some infos. Sara responded quickly and gave me the step by step to follow for the return and reimbursement. I ordered one other model a size down and a few minutes later the sofia again a smaller size. Sara refunded me without me asking the shipping cost by putting both orders together, because if I had ordered them together I would have not have to pay shipping costs. Like hello this is some AMAZING FANTASTIC customer service and experience. I will definitely stick with Lyra in the future. I fell in love with you guys. I contacted Lyra and was quickly met by Sara. She truly was a dream maker! I’ve been wanting to purchase modest swimwear for sometime now but I’ve been on the fence about it. Sara answered all my questions, gave thoughtful suggestions, and showed genuine care. The customer service industry has recently gone downhill, however, Sara from Lyra made this entire process so simple and enjoyable! I cannot express how amazing she treated me and how great my first purchase experience with Lyra was. Lyra has the best styles currently available in the market.
We ordered two swimsuits, one in black and one in mink and both fit well. Just make sure to use their size chart and measure yourself properly. The mink in particular is a beautiful color!
The order process was smooth and delivery was quick.

Undoubtedly, they offer the best customer service! I bought my Lyra swimwear back in December, but unfortunately, during my first use, I accidentally damaged it in the swimming pool dryer (my own silly mistake!). It was disheartening to tear my skirt, especially since I found such comfort in swimming with my Lyra. Despite my doubts, I reached out to them on Instagram. To my surprise, their customer service was exceptional. I explained that purchasing a whole new set seemed excessive, especially considering the values associated with being a Muslim-owned business. They promptly understood my concerns and sent me a replacement skirt the very next day. This experience reaffirmed my commitment to supporting Muslim-owned enterprises. While we can offer feedback to help businesses improve their products, their core values remain immutable. Thus, it's crucial to seek out and endorse those who align with our principles. With my new skirt in hand, I'm delighted to be back at the pool, enjoying my workouts in my beloved Lyra swimwear!

Customer support team was incredibly helpful, I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and they immediately responded to my email and helped me out. Order delivered within one week (I live in a remote area, so one week is amazing!). So excited to wear my swimsuit, the quality looks excellent. Would highly recommend, and will purchase more in the future.

I was hesitant before buying this product, as I didn't want swimwear that felt glued to me. Since I wear the abaya and prefer loose clothing, finding the right balance was crucial – not too tight, yet not resembling a ball in the pool. I ultimately chose the Asra set, and it exceeded my expectations. The fabric was incredibly soft, and it felt luxurious when worn, leaving me feeling confident. I adore my abaya, as it provides a sense of invisibility and freedom. For those seeking an outfit that doesn't accentuate the waist or upper areas, this is the perfect choice! My daughter opted for the Sofia style, typically a small size, but based on online reviews, she went a size up, especially being tall. It turned out to be a wise decision. I followed suit and went a size up for myself, and it proved to be the best choice. The fastenings inside the top made it comfortable to wear, allowing attachment to the leggings from underneath.

During our three-week trip to Indonesia, we consistently used both swimwear sets. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues as the stitch seam on both tops came loose. Upon contacting the Lyra team, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. Yasmeen, in particular, exhibited calmness, quality, and utmost professionalism. Without any hesitation, she agreed to replace both tops. Additionally, when I inquired about the Hijab turbans, she generously sent them for free. Before shipping the replacements, it was discovered that my top size was out of stock, so I opted for a different colour. In the end, I received an entirely new outfit! What a remarkable experience!

I've been eyeing these swimsuits for years, going back to when they first launched but havent ordered one until now due to long-term illness. I hope to start swimming again for recovery purposes and I eventually ordered the pastel green Sofia swimsuit and it's beautiful. The colour is even better in person. I havent tried it out yet but the quality feels and looks incredible. I am 5'5 and usually a size S/10 but ordered a M and I think it's the right choice as it's not too tight or too loose. Yasmeen at Lyra was so helpful and kind with my query and I am ever so grateful. I hope I can buy another in the future.

Lyra has always been my number one place for modest swimsuits. Fabulous customer service experience and excellent quality swimsuits. My daughter just bought her first swimsuit from there and loves it! They are always willing to help with orders in an efficient manor. We definitely will be shopping there again :)

I purchased a suit about 6 months ago and when I had some wear and tear issues that were abnormal compared to the normal longevity of a swimsuit I reached out to contact Lyra. They were incredibly helpful, with a fast response time and they sent me a new swimsuit that works perfectly for my modesty and my swim instruction job. I will definitely be telling others about it at work and if I ever need another suit I know where I will get it

I purchased a pair of swimming trousers but unfortunately they came with a few noticeable marks. I contacted LYRA and they were super helpful and apologetic and sent another pair of trousers of my choice the next day! Not only was the customer service great, the delivery was also prompt and efficient on both occasions and the packaging was lovely aswell. They also sent a LYRA tote bag which I thought was a lovely gesture. I would love for them to have the option of longer and slightly oversized swim sets though, and maybe consider making the items slightly more affordable as the price range is definitely on the higher end. Regardless, everytime I have made a purchase, the quality and service has been amazing so would definitely recommend!

I paid $180 CAD for a swimsuit just to have made completely WRONG. I bought the mink swimsuit and they have added from ruffle to the BACK of the swimsuit. This made it really awkward and ugly to be worn. Now I have to ship it back AND pay for my own shipping expenses. So essentially I paid $200 for a swimsuit. I’m so so pissed

Really i can't explain about 4 years lyra always makes my summer every year I got one the best swimsuit ever so comfortable, so elegant,so cool, so sexy and so fashionable

So I had been seeing a lot of ads about Lyra and following a couple of influencers who represented the brand and were promoting it.

I found a design I liked but the price was a bit expensive when converted into the Danish currency. But when I couldn't find anything else, I asked some friends if the price was worth it; they all agreed and said that it's a bit expensive, but saw it as an investment.

And after contemplating whether I should buy it, the family booked a trip to Turkey and I ordered 2 swimsuits (Sofia Lunar), one for me and my sister.

We received the swimsuits and the first thing I noticed was that the color of the two suits were different, even though we had ordered the same design. The only difference was the size. My was an L and hers an S.

Maybe I've missed it on their website but I can't find anything about that being mentioned (that different sizes may vary slightly in color).

But the material was nice, lightweight and still felt durable. The zip had no problems, everything fit perfectly, but I do wish you could combine sizes; because I'm always in-between sizes, the swim-skirt was a bit too big, even though there are two buttons so you can adjust the size (which I really appreciate and is a nice touch), it was still a bit too loose and didn't feel secure enough.

On their website there is a fan called, 'How is a LYRA swimsuit made?' And the last part of it is called, The final inspection, London UK-June.

They mention that, "Loose threads are cut (...) and any fabric faults repaired".

The suits I received had multiple loose threads around the suit and, yes, maybe it is a small thing, but when you're paying that amount of money and they promise to check them through, you expect the product to be up to par with what you've been promised.

I also ordered the swim-cap and was greatly disappointed. It didn't fit either me nor my sister's head (she's 13), it had many loose threads and the swirl design in the front had the sewing pattern showing when you were wearing it, which seemed like a mistake because it should have been on the inside of the cap.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, I'm only slightly disappointed and I'm trying to be honest.

My second swimsuit from lyra and always my best choice

UPDATE: I was kindly given a new one after my old one had the wrong cleaning instruction. I ordered the Alayna swimsuit.

There are two negatives. It comes with an attached inner bodysuit. Even though the swimsuit fits me perfectly (remember it's not safe to swim with baggy swimwear) the bodysuit cut into my shoulders. It should be either given separately that you can choose a different size. Or similar to the swim cap, an option not to include it. I would have rather just worn a swimsuit that fits me underneath.

The second negative is the cleaning instructions, wash in cold water, don't wring dry, dry it flat and in the shade. For women that are active and actually swim this is just too much. If your on holiday in a sunny country, where are you going to do this? Also because they are so expensive, if you choose to buy one, your going to miss a few days swimming while you waiting for it to dry flat, in shade after only gently squeezing the water out. I definitely don't have the space for this in London, do I lie it flat on the bathroom floor? Basically this swimsuit is for influencers who are just going to pose by the pool or maybe go ankle deep in the sea. For active women, buy elsewhere.

I am so upset and disappointed. I saved up to get a lyra swimwear because they are so expensive but I wear modest atire for religious reasons so I thought it would be worth it. I must have worn it around 6 times, washed inside out, 40 ° like instructed, yet already have a hole on the shoulder and a very large hole is starting to form on the leg area.

I gave them the benefit of doubt when the top part didn't come with any lops to put the string from the trousers so in the pool the top goes up. To find out it is going to become useless to me, so sad. I've just thrown money out the window.

Buy elsewhere, for much cheaper.
