We had our wills updated eventually but we were shocked by the number of times we had to flag up mis-spelt names, wrong names and grammatical errors. However responses were polite and prompt.

I bought my first house the last month was me and my husband and we are soo happy and pleased about the progress and how all the things went smoothly.
The team are great and friendly, it’s a long way and a lots of enquiries but the team was good and patient with all our questions and concerns.
Maybe sometimes we thought they just forgot us but when I emailed they came back enough quickly and explained everything. Was a great experience to work with them and I truly recommend !!!! Thank you soo much for all the support and help (from the helpline to the team) you are amazing

At the beginning, I was a little impatient during the AML checks, as we were asked to provide additional proof and documentation. However, I later understood that these checks are an important part of the process and are there for good reason.

What I particularly appreciate is their team-based approach. When one staff member is unavailable, another team member is able to step in and assist. Madison has been especially helpful and has always been quick to respond to our queries and requests.

I also like the regular updates through the app and email, which help keep us informed throughout the process.

We have now reached the legal stage of our purchase, and our experience so far has been very positive. I am hopeful that this excellent service will continue and look forward to completing our home-buying journey with Lyons Bowe.

My experience with Lyons Bowe so far has been really good.I am in the process of selling my flat, and they have taken so much stress and sometimes confusion out of the situation, by supplying me with lots of very useful information online, and keeping me informed of the progress so far, either by phone or email. I love that they work in teams,and my experience of working with Connie Seymour who was from the New Instructions Team was really good. She was very helpful and supportive which I really appreciated. I have now moved on to the Legal Team, and I am sure my experience will continue to be a good one

Have recently been guided through the selling and buying process by Shanice and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. Lyons Bowe have an amazing app that makes it so easy to keep track of how things are progressing, and the peace of mind for what is coming next. Shanice herself was incredible throughout the process. She was always proactive and so good at communication, ensuring we always had updates even if was just that she was chasing things. The whole process was so well explained and laid out, I couldn't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

I don't know how this firm obtained such high rating. I can only say from a seller's point of view. Lyons Bowe are my buyers solicitor and talk about inept. Constantly asking for documents that have been sent 2, 3 and even 4 times. Received doc's again on 14th July and despite their client telling them to exchange, we are here on 23th July and still no exchange. Wouldn't recommend them at all. Cowboy establishment.

Sian communication with us has been first class. We were updated regularly. So far in the process Lyons Bowe have offered great customer service. I have no complaints.

I would recommend Lyons Bowe. I have been reluctant to make a will for some time but Lyons Bowe made the experience very easy. They were very efficient and kept us updated at all times. When I raised a query, they came straight back. The app was great as well. Thanks to both of the Lauren's for great customer service. We've had a brilliant start to our house-buying experience all thanks to legal assistant Rhea who has efficiently and sensitively guided us through the process of on-boarding. We've enjoyed watching the removal van animation in the app go further and further along the road towards the new house as each step has been completed - nice quirky touch! Things have moved with good pace and Rhea's communication, both through the app updates and PMs, have been excellent. We've now been handed over to the legal team - very excited for the next stage! Rhea has been magnificent and has helped calm our anxieties as first-time buyers.
