DO NOT DOT PUT YOURSELF IN THE TERRIBLE…

DO NOT DOT PUT YOURSELF IN THE TERRIBLE POSITION OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE LIARS AT LYNK CAPITAL!! I spent several hours asking questions, comparing numbers, comparing every step of the process of a "fix and flip" loan. After a long conversation on the telephone (my 1st mistake as it's not in written form), my husband and I chose Lynk. Literally everything we were told by the loan officer, Noah, was utter lies. They take way longer than promised to close, they ask for way more documentation than any of my past 25+ investor loans, they make actually getting the construction money that we borrowed all but impossible! They litterally want the client to put out every penny of the costs of the upgrades and repairs before running you in circles with trying to set an inspection and fill out even more paperwork (that the inspector never even received) . Why on earth would I borrow money and pay interest on it if I have to spend my own money to do the work? Makes ZERO sense. Especially since I was specifically told over the phone interview that they'd reimburse for materials on site and not just final, finished work. Save yourself interest, time, money and headache and NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company! Just awful company with rude, lying people. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on. Then, he sent my calls to voicemail and emailed me the supervisor name and phone number. This company is a total joke! Thievery at its best!!!
